Wrong bearings, no one to contact

Ordered a set of bearings to fit my Megamo Silk. But they sent me the wrong ones that dosent fit at all. Send an email with photos and measurement. No response. Tried Messenger as well. No response. Sad.

The only review you should read!

I got off the phone yesterday with The Bike House and I thought I would come on here to leave a review because of what a job he had done for me. Some reviews here clearly reflects images of impatient customers who have better things to be doing with their time than dealing with customer service.
I just finished my order with my new brake lever, I had ordered the wrong one initially but this was because I had an older generation of bike which this new piece of tech didn’t match with my now “old” bike.
I had a bit of time on my hands to understand the changes in how they have adapted and changed the flaws in my bike and created their new model. He stayed to talk it all through with me on the phone and then he took me through my return slip and explained what my options were, as it happened he had sent me the other possible combinations that would fit my bike in the post already with my first buy, it turns out I had a problem with the fitment of it. I filled it out as I was on the phone to him and completed a return. I can only hope for a quick turn around with my package, but I haven’t paid a thing for postage!
What a passionate guy about his company, I can’t see what these 1 star reviews are about, they must have had an agenda or something because the person who I spoke with was fairly competent.
From looking at the reviews on their website and then looking on here, because I couldn’t believe in the 1,000 good reviews! I got quite disappointed and had to leave my own review.

Absolutely shocking behaviour sent me the wrong bearings then tried to make out what I was sent was what I ordered when I proved them wrong by sending a picture of what I received which isn't what I ordered they stopped replying wouldn't recommend these con artists at all

Ordered headset bearings without…

Ordered headset bearings without looking at reviews first. Haven’t received them (been 3 weeks). No return on contact and to make things even worse. My card that I paid for this headset with got frauded days after. Maybe a coincidence, but looking at the other reviews. Possibly not. Disgraceful company

Cannondale headset bearings

Ordered headset bearings on Friday morning, dispatched that morning and arrived the following day, excellent service, thanks. Bearings fitted but not ridden on yet so can’t comment but easy to install.

Wrong bearings sent and no comms

Used their website to identify the bearings for my bikes headset using manufacturer / year / model. The bearings that arrived do not fit my bike. They have not responded to any emails I have sent them.

Sent the wrong bearings

Sent the wrong bearings. Didn't respond to emails. Returned using included envelope but not a prepaid one. So I had to pay for return shipping. If sent the item seller is legally obliged to paid for return. Added a post note with the return but did not get refunded for this. Considered raising a partial charge back but not worth the effort for a couple of quid. It's more they ignore emails and deliberately don't pay for returns when they are at fault.

Easy Pull Levers

I ordered the clutch and brake lever for my Husky 501, I didn’t know which one to order as I had the cross over year. Contacted support via chat and was given advice to order the BT1C as I had Braktecs. Received within 2 days and fitted without issue, contacted support again just to check that I had to swap the pin on the brake. Quick advise was given and all was good. Great product, very light smooth action A++ on price too. I would shop with BikeHouse again 👍

Dreadful service

Dreadful service
First time used . Incorrect bearing size.
Gave them the benefit of the doubt.
What a mistake.
Second time. Bearings not delivered and no response from numerous emails and unable to contact direct by phone.
Don’t waste your time with them.
Service is non existent.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Doesn’t answer phone or email.
Sent wrong part.
Argued when was trying to explain size of bearing that they sent wrong.
False advertisement.
Claims he has bearings for 30,000 bikes, which is laughable alone, but can’t take dimensions to confirm what size I need.
Don’t use this guy. He has no idea!!
