Rubbish customer service
Ordered a mtb headset bearing, realised I didn’t need it before it arrived.
After it arrived I requested to return the item, no response, asked again still response.
All within their 14 day returns policy.
A waste of £16.
Non existent customer service.
Definitely would not recommend this company.

Shipping but not really
Order shipping and handling is super slow. Ordered on November 21, so far 8 days have passed and they haven't shipped it. On top of that, 7 days after the order they send an email asking for a review. Here it is.

Very poor after sales service, stay clear!
Purchased bearings off these for a bike headset, consisting of 1 upper and 1 lower bearing.
Come to install the bearings and lower was the correct bearing, however the upper was incorrect, i checked the listing specs and the bearing i had been sent did not match the bearing details in the listing.
Messaged TheBikeHouse twice just asking if they could confirm the bearing size (just incase it was me at fault, even though the bearing sent was different to what their listing stated)
and i got no reply for 3 weeks so i messaged them a third and final time, i explained if they were not going to reply again i would leave them negative feedback.
I got a very poor response claiming “ I’ve been going through a divorce and have got an obscene amount on my plate at the moment
just open a return and send it back if it’s not right”
Seems like an excuse for not being bothered to reply for the past 3 weeks, and regardless if it even was real, no offer to fix the issue or anything first just “send it me back” as if the fault was mine when clearly it was not!
Cant really do that when ive used 1 of the two bearings can i.
Shame for such a poor response as this company could and should have offered to put it right with the correct bearing. I could of happily sent the wrong bearing back after receiving the correct bearing.
I would stay well clear of this company if you want bearings as they clearly do not care for customer afters service when they are at fault.
