Good Service

Overall good service from the Regent St store. Item was well packaged and arrived in one piece. Look forward to dealing with again in the future.

Aftercare

I bought a number of items over the past year and despite one of my purchases developing a problem, the bike rooms quickly sorted it out with no fuss. Margaret in particular was sympathic and friendly onthe phone and took responsibility for resolving my issue. As a result I now shop with them on line with every confidence.

speedy efficient service

My first order ran workout hiccups, and second one I had a call to advise me of a stock inaccuracy and slight colour difference, which was no issue at all. Highly recommend their helpful friendly manner and service

Trek FX 7.3

Recent purchase after brilliant advice received, making decision so much easier. Clearly, this shop is top class and take customer service to the next level. In particular, Tom and Joe were very accommodating with their wealth of knowledge and ability to make one feel extremely relaxed. I would recommend the Swindon Bike Rooms to anyone that takes cycling seriously and wants to be in an environment that genuinely cares about the customer and the product.
The Trek FX 7.3 performs really well and my commute is really enjoyable! The loud green paint finish is really eye catching too!!

Excellent,professional,friendly service

My wife Anne and I visited the bike rooms on the recommendation of a friend. We were greeted in a non intrusive and friendly , courteous manner on entering the shop, my wife explained she was interested in a Pinarello and she was taken under the wing of Graeme. We were both offered coffee ( freshly ground and amazing) and then Anne had the complete attention and service of Graeme in finding and choosing the correct bike for her, nothing was too much trouble.
I myself intended to buy a Bianchi, from a different store, but due to the amazing service and attention Anne received and a generous discount offered by Sam if we got 2 bikes I also bought a Pinarello, for which I received the same excellent level of service.
Collecting the bikes a week later was the same incredibly pleasant Experience where we had final checks and fitting, we had also received a free tyre upgrade.
These guys have customer service nailed, you will not be disappointed if you visit them. The bikes are superb also.

Assos G1 cycling slippers

Best shoes ever. Top quality as expected from Lake / Assos. Most comfortable shoes too due to the mouldable heel / instep. Bit pricey but no hesitation in recommending these.

Disappointing

The web site is good and easy to use and the order arrived in good time but what was on the order form (two items) one item was not the right size as ordered. Sent back and hope they will get it right.

A Pre-Xmas Bargain

My husband had chosen a Giordana jersey for Xmas and I couldn't believe that it had been reduced to half price. Hence I was very happy with this purchase. The delivery was prompt and item was well packaged. I will certainly use The Bike Rooms again.

Premium brand, top class service.

Received the personal touch when recently trying to source a spare part. I couldn't make it to the store so the guys made it available on-line to purchase, free p&p too.

Usual great friendly service.

Great service- shame about the signature.

Living in the country means no neighbours to sign for deliveries so have to drive miles to nearest sorting office to collect - Wiggle and Chain Reaction don't require signatures and manage to deliver securely.
