Really Great Service again from The Bike Rooms, fast delivery and great products, thank you

Bike came ready built tuned up to perfection, spoke with head office about delivery times and they were very helpful on both occasions I spoke to them and very friendly. Overall I'm very impressed.

I have used bikerooms a couple of times for their exceptionally well-priced Giordana bib tights. Both times the orders have been delivered within a couple of days. I have no experience of returning goods but based on service received so far would definitely recommend and use again.

I ordered a bike shirt and got it the next day. Quality of the shirt is perfect.

This was this first time that I had used The Bike Rooms on line service and was completely satisfied. Quick delivery, top notch Giordana clothing, will use again and happy to recommend .

Bought online and picked up i store. was really easy to do, delivered to store faster than predicted. No real problems at all

Had the unfortunate experience of a puncture on a Brompton while riding through Swindon. Guy behind the counter was most unhelpful, dismissive & sarcastic. Whilst I appreciate they don't do general repairs ('only on our own bikes' I was told!) there was no interest in helping a cyclist in difficulty. They don't sell inflating sprays but would sell me a puncture kit (& the tools required to remove a Brompton rear wheel!). I was directed to Halfords (which I now know is 1.5 miles away) but no offer of directions (I live in Swansea) so had to walk / run 3.5 miles back to my car while pushing the bike. Had I wanted to spend plenty of bucks on a new bike or kit in their shiny showroom I'm sure they would have obliged, but they seem to have lost touch with the common cyclist. Try somewhere else if you want any level of customer service as you won't get it here. If I could give this place 'no stars' I would - but I couldn't!!

Always expert advice and first class, quick service. The Bike Rooms gives the best of both full range, high end kit, with personal boutique shop service. Staff are seasoned cyclists, and the advice I have received is always tried and tested.

I recently contacted The Bike Rooms with several questions before purchasing my Pinarello, the staff were very helpful indeed and I love my new bike. I would definitely recommend.

Smashed the rear mech off in a local race , needed to get the parts to fix ASAP . Found the parts from these guys and placed order, next thing I know they were on my door step . Fast and hassle free and correct items first time .
