great product, great, swift service

I had a problem with sizing for a pair of cycle pants for my husband. When I contacted the shop they had 2 pairs sent in for him to try on. Margaret at the shop was very helpful and Verity on the on line side was very helpful too. Would definitely recommend and will shop there again.

I chose thebikerooms to purchase my Pinarello, as I hired a Pinarello Gan whilst training in Majorca this year from the Pinarello Experience. Also I visited the bikerooms in Majorca and was impressed with the array of bike gear and helpful staff at the shop. The delivery and communication in regards to the Pinarello was first class. I had only one niggle, the seat binder unfortunately failed to screw, after my second ride, I think it was just down to a weak/faulty screw. However, the bikerooms posted one out free of charge after discussing my problem with the Manchester store. So overall very happy with the purchase, and would use the bikerooms again for my next Pinarello.

I spent many hours looking for a carbon frame road bike with excellent spec including Ultegra gears etc for around £1,500. I came across Thebikerooms online site and found a Pinerello Rokh.

I was unable to find a Pinerello dealer near to my home address to try the bike for size. I rang up Thebikerooms and I received lots of information from Roy, who talked me through the bike measurements, specification and kindly offered to fit me to the bike at their nearby HQ.

I couldn't fault the service and the Pinerello Rokh is a stunning bike and great fun to ride. I have recommended Thebikerooms to my friends.

Easy to deal with both over the phone and online.

Phoned up and spoke to Stuart about bike sizes - he was really helpful over the phone and I arranged to pop in (quick trip from Midlands to Manchester!). Had a basic fitting and left with a shiny new bike. Got home to find that there was an issue with the bike so had to take it back. Stuart and Margaret were fantastic - paid for my parking and gave me a pair of Assos bib shorts for my trouble - bike was swapped that day and I left for the second time with a shiny new bike. Its been perfect ever since and I did the Tour of the Peak sportive 10 days later.

The bike I ordered was built the day I collected it and the set-up of the gears meant I didn't get the sprockets at each end of the cassette. It seemed that although I ordered the bike on the Saturday it hadn't been arranged to get it to the shop until I wrote an email the day before to confirm I was coming to collect it. It arrived by courier after I got to the shop and I was told to come back later while they put it together and set it up.

Excellent service. Returns handled promptly. Good prices on sale Giordana kit. All good.

Big investment and risk in trying a pair of photochromatic lenses as opposed to buying a multiple lens kit. Heard good reviews and I have a pair of Rudy project glasses for driving in. These are great - first mile thought is wasn't wearing them with the range of visibility -
