Tux looked great and I received a lot of compliments. The jacket initially did not fit (too small). But it was super easy to hop on their website and select a more appropriate sized jacket, with great guidance along the way from Black Tux website. The new jacket arrived very quickly in time for my event (within 3 days of ordering a replacement).

Great rental experience and the quality of the Tux. I got many compliment's on my Tux and will be renting again in the future.

Great company. Rented a tux for my son for prom. The first set was way too big, so they promptly sent the next size down of jacket and pants. The shoes appeared to be brand new. So easy to deal with for a working Mom with zero time to go and try on tuxes at a brick and mortar. My son got tons of compliments on the tux. It looked so elegant compared to the bridal shop rentals.

Excellent service all the way including salespeople, personnel for taking measurements, available choices, options and fitting. Also, very good delivery options to your home and drop off at ups. The tux arrived well ahead of schedule with everything properly packed etc.

I recently decided to use The Black Tux for 2 weddings I had very close to one another. I really wanted a unique look and fabric and they had just what I was looking for: Ocean Velvet.

Before securing the rental I decided to do the At Home try on to make sure the fit would work well. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't try on the exact tux I was renting but at the end of the day it didn't matter. I was sent the tux VERY early and had it for almost 2 weeks before the event which was really nice. The tux looked great but the pants had some damage that I wasn't okay with, so I reached out and they immediately sent me a replacement pair at no charge. At the event I received compliments all night long on my tux and was overall extremely satisfied with the whole experience.

I even tried a last minute rental for another wedding 2 weeks later and got the tux early again! Everything worked out perfectly and you've made a lifetime customer out of me.

Everything was taken care of in professional fashion and customer service was easy to get ahold of when needed and we very helpful.

This is the 3rd time I've used Black Tux but the first time for my wedding. Every time I've used them, it's been super easy and the tux is always great. If something doesn't fit, they make sure you get a replacement asap. I highly recommend getting fitted at Nordstrom, but many of my groomsmen measured themselves. Also, several of them liked their tux so much that they wanted to buy it.

I really enjoyed the service that was provided by The Black Tux. Obviously the tux was very good as well, no rips tears or scuffs.

I had a great experience with The Black Tux for my wedding. I initially ordered a full suit and the pants were too small, so I requested an exchange and the experience was easy and quick. I received my replacement pants in the same week and the return for the original pair was super simple. Would definitely recommend The Black Tux for wedding and other formal events.

We used black tux for our wedding years ago and my husbands sizes and choices were still saved—made it very easy to get one fairly last minute for a formal function!

I had a really great experience with Black Tux. We organized the rentals for a wedding that I was a groomsman in. My suit arrived on time and was fully in accordance with what was promised. The suit fit well and was stylish. While there’s a tight window to send items back or get alternations made, I didn’t have to use those services. The return process was very easy as well.

It worked. We all looked great.

Tux was immaculate. Love the studs and cuff links. While I needed a larger jacket, it cam and fit well.

Shoes were perfect

The tie was a challenge and I defaulted to a clip on.

I have used them to be a groomsmen in 2 weddings and both times they were amazing. Attire comes on time and if you need a replacement they are super quick to get one to you. I will continue to use them if I’m in any other weddings in the future.

Everyone we interacted with at The Black Tux was genuine, kind, and stopped at NOTHING to get us our tux on time. We ordered extremely last minute (not recommended but this was our circumstance) and the team worked hard to consult the warehouse, update me on the tracking, and get the suit next day AIR EARLY shipped to us. We were able to enjoy our best friend’s wedding (also named Pat like The Black Tux’s origin story) and look great doing it. They're very convenient, but the quality is poor.

Bought an entire tuxedo. They had only like 3 styles, and only some color selections. I also bought a belt, but wasn't warned that a belt would not be needed as the tuxedo pants are adjustable. During the fitting no one warned me that the clothing would have a tag on it that invalidates returning if the tag is taken off. None of the e-mails warned that either. Only the tag itself that isn't removable unless you cut it off. So you'll have to try on the outfit with a bunch of tags hanging out.

The adjustable pants that I mentioned earlier, well the waist adjustment broke. I had to use pliers to bend the metal back into place. Quality was shoddy.

The shoes selection is poor. The shoes are not comfortable. Pick shoes from somewhere else.

I wanted a vest, but they had none available for purchase.

They were very convenient, so I know a lot of men out there just want convenience. So if you want something done quick and on time, they will have it done. However, if you're gearing up for your big day, you can find better quality elsewhere.

Black Tux was great to use. Communication with customer service was great. Quality and fit of suit was on point. If I had to change one thing would be for the black tux to make some items optional and not have to call customer service. I added shoes as part of the suit but many of my groomsman already have black shoes so they would have to call customer service. Would have been great to be able to unselect the option at checkout. All else was great. Would use again to purchase personal suits.

I made a mistake with my event date when i ordered my tux. I put the wrong month done for my event. I realized it after the tux was being shipped. At 1 am I sent an email to customer service. By the time I woke up the next morning, the order was stopped and the rep made sure the tux was delivered on the correct date. Thank You for your fantastic customer service.

This company was fantastic! I missed and ordered the wrong size coat. I let them know and they expedited me the new size in time for my wedding, and I looked great.
