Timing and delivery of the tuxedo was phenomenal. Everything fit and looked immaculate. Got so many compliments on the whole fit too. Loved it!! Would def rent from here again!

I flew into NYC for a wedding and by booking the tux on their easy to use website is already a good start. Delivery was way ahead of the event and when I needed a change/alteration, the new one was delivered promptly as well. Also getting properly fitted at their outlet in Brooklyn was a pleasant experience, even though it was busy. The staffs were knowledgeable and friendly. All in all a great experience.

Great tux, incredibly easy to order. This tux looked awesome, fit wonderfully and will definitely order again.

Second time I’ve used The Black Tux. First time required a fitting and then I was good to go. Tux is always early, customer service is impeccable, they accommodated a late return since I was traveling, the look is very good and the quality is excellent. Thank you!

I am not a suit guy. The idea of going into a suit store and having a salesman sell/rent me a tux just isn't how I want to spend my time. Black Tux not only removed that part of the experience, they made getting a tux a breeze. The tux fit perfect, made me look like I was Jams Bond (well the tux looked like James....). The process was smooth, the return was easy, plenty of time to return verses the next day like rental stores do and the price was less than a rental store with more accessories. I will be using Black Tux again for my wedding next year. Thanks for the professional service!

I have used Black Tux twice now and both times my experience was exceptional. The first time was for my daughters wedding and the outfit didn't fit. I quickly contacted Black Tux and they sent me the next size up and it fit perfectly. What I love most is the ordering and return is so simple and easy. Plus they keep your size on your account, so the next time I ordered, it came, it fit perfectly and looked great.

Very convenient and nice-looking suits. Everything arrived ahead of schedule and was packaged well with everything you need to make a return already included in the box. Shirt collars were very stiff so if you’re in-between sizes or close, size up!

We found a very nice looking and unique tux for my husband for our wedding. We couldn't find the color anywhere else and were a bit nervous buying online without trying it on first. However, the process was very easy. We took his measurements and the tux we got was great! We had to hem the pants and sleeves but otherwise fit great. Very happy with the quality and price.

Nice having the ability to try on in-person and simple way to order additional sizes if needed prior to the wedding. All pieces arrived early and were easy to return.

What I liked about black tux was the selection. The process was simple. The on-time delivery was great. However the jacket came too long (sleeves).
The pants came too long. I went online and they sent a second pair and they were too long.
The shirt, after the stud and the button on the shirt was buttoned, it’s stuck out and was uncomfortable.
The shoes were very stiff and caused bruising on my foot and toes. I sent my comments in earlier, and my response was to go to this page and answer. Honestly, I think that was odd.

I must admit that at first, I was hesitant to purchase a mail ordered Tux.

However, now that it’s all done, The Black Tux made the order, replacement and return amazingly easy.

They gave me 5-Star service and I would order from them again.

My experience with The Black Tux was very professional and they were able to help me with my struggles along the way. They shipped me my original Tux 2 weeks before the wedding and unfortunately when I tried them on, the shirt was way too big and the pants couldve fit better. I scheduled an in-shop re-sizing for 5 days later and it was quick and easy. The new shirt and pants arrived at their store 5 days later but I wasnt able to pick it up until 7 days later. Luckily the new shirt and pants fit like a glove and I was ready for the wedding. After the wedding they made it easy to return by just peeling off the original shipping address for the return label and I was able to put everything in one box and drop it off at UPS.

I got fitted at Nordstrom to rent a tuxedo. Very helpful and thorough employees. Shipping was very quick. Tuxedo, shirt, and shoes fit perfectly. Looked and felt great. Received compliments at the wedding. I wanted to keep it but sadly it was not available to purchase.

Great fit and great customer service. I recommend doing the free try on a few months before your event so you can make any adjustments if needed.

Nothing but good comments. The people who took my measurements were thorough an complete and exact. Delivery was very early prior to my event as promised. The outfit was perfect. Love the material, loved the fit (I almost kept it for good). I loved the material the most. The overall service was exceptional.

The Black Tux team is great to work with, as we often go on Cruises we need the Tux at for a week. They ship it early enough for us to get any adjustment if needed and allows us to travel for the week. The fit is great, I am a very large person (60R,) and the jackets and pants all ways looked tailored, not like a rental. Any time I had a question or needed something the customer service team is always responsive and provides good suggestions.

As long as everyone in your group is reasonably responsible, The Black Tux is fantastic. Since everyone gets to try on their tux at home before the event, you can be sure that people from across the country will all have the right fit when they show up on your wedding day. I used the Black Tux at my own wedding and as a groomsman for several other weddings for friends and relatives. I never had a bad experience, even when a groomsman found out his pants didn't fit the night before the wedding. The Black Tux shipped a new pair overnight to the hotel and he looked great at the wedding the next day. Where else are you going to get that kind of service? Weddings are difficult to plan and changes can happen at any minute. By using the Black Tux, you can check this off your list and not have to worry about it at all. The products are modern, fit great, and aren't worn or faded like the mall tux stores. I got the pin-dot midnight blue tuxedo - highly recommend if you want to separate yourself from the classic black tux crowd. It was a hit with everyone, including my wife. I recommend Black Tux to all my friends for their weddings.
