Before signing up with Blog Press I didn't know anything about blogging. I just took the offer to sign up and learn from the free lessons and I was surprised with the results. There is so much to read and learn from the free lessons. In addition, I have been sending questions directly to Jennifer and getting replies within 24 hours. I am very pleased with Blog Press!

I think BlogPress is great! I've had lots of questions and they have sent me additional video tutorials that have been externally helpful! I would recommend signing up and getting started with them!

Its been almost a month with Blogpress and I am very much impressed
with your support and services. I would like you to review the videos
once that could have been better for beginners. Explaining the content is fast and need to add more topics such as fixing the logos, updating the screenshots and theme wise explanations.

I've been blogging for a little over a month now and I've experienced little to no problems. Posting blogs is very easy but I also haven't started to deal with any of the technical stuff yet which I'm hoping BlogPress will take care of for me. There's a large FAQ section that answers a lot of questions...I wish it was a bit easier to talk to someone in real time though instead of being directed to the FAQ section.

BlogPress not only provides a hosting service but it goes beyond that. They have helped me making my dream of having my own blog a reality. You don't need to be a pro and have a full understanding because they are always ready to help you with everything. They provide everything you need to have a successful blog. I definitely recommend BlogPress! :)

In the beginning I was very nervous and I knew little about setting up a blog but the the team at BlogPress were there to help me out every time I needed advice. They provide lots of “How to” tutorials that are great for when you are getting started
The only downside that I have is that I am in Australia so the support hours are usually when I’m asleep! Sometimes I log a support issue during the day (my time) the issue is resolved overnight! Other times it takes a few days to get sorted out just because of the time difference. This will not be an issue for everyone!
You have a little less control over installing plugins etc. but I guess this would be the same with every blog hosting service. If I like a specific plugin then I just suggest it to them and they will check it out. They either install it for me or they suggest a suitable alternative.
Overall I really have had no major issues using BlogPress and I will be sticking with them into the future.

A year ago I was a real beginning blogger and not very tech savvy. I really appreciated Blogpress's well-organized online training program and their great personalized help when I needed it. I feel a lot smarter about blogging now thanks in great part to Blogpress. They were and still are very responsive to questions and concerns, which I think really makes them stand out from the competition. They address every rookie question that I have cheerfully and professionally. There are a few more steps to go through to get to the online help form than there used to be, but I think it's because many questions are answered in the FAQs section. My experience with Blogpress has been very positive and I'm really glad I chose them as my host.

This firm is very profssional ( knows it's markets and communicates well), of high integrity and has great and talented employees. Above all things, they are patient ( I'm not to computer literat). I shopped many firms before selecting Blogpress. I still look around, occasionally. Also, you are not going to find anyone better than Jennifer. My spell check is not functioning!!! Mike Linder

I have been unable to get into my photo site for about 4 days. After a few emails, Jennifer responded and has been looking into the reason why it states I am not authorized to post on the "admin" site. The problem seems to have been resolved.

Over all great experience. Had only one problem with getting my e-mail and blog working at the same time. It took some time to resolve this issue however they kept working on a solution and resolved the issue. Have no problems since. They ask questions to figure out your needs when you are not sure what you are needing. Very knowledgeable.

Blogpress has been such a wonderful company to work with. I had never blogged before and I researched companies I could trust to work with and I found Blogpress. They have great videos on how to's and anytime I have had any questions they are always so helpful.
I absolutely recommend going with this great company.

When a question or problem occurs, it takes too long for a reply or response.

Other than that, BlogPress is great.

I am not an experienced user, but the few times I used it, it was succesfull, thanks to Jennifer.

I've never had an issue and they are always willing to help!!

Both Jennifer and Dan have shown humour and a great deal of professionalism in dealing with ALL my issues.

I trust BlogPress with handling my blog because as someone who is NOT a tech savvy person, I have immediate assistance with my blog whether it's changing a theme's element, getting my email opt-in form to look just right or setting up my membership site so I can monetize my blog. The BlogPress has excellent customer service and I never feel alone.

Blog Press is a Great blog/website builder!
They are efficient and know about the blogging process better than anyone that I have dealt with. Blog Press has allowed my blog to reach out to millions of people. If it were not for Blog Press, my blog would not be a success.
Their services are inexpensive and I am very grateful that I receive my blog services through Blog Press!
