The workouts are great but library of videos is disorganized
UPDATE: I didn't love the response from Studio Bloom to my constructive criticism or that of others below. It was a weirdly defensive reaction and made me feel uncomfortable as a paying member. I canceled my membership. Good workouts, but not worth the weird customer service, imo.
The workouts are great, but the app is glitchy and it's nearly impossible to easily scroll through all of the available videos in the library (either online or via the app). It's super frustrating to have to click around searching for videos (even the "all classes" tab rarely works) but not so much that I've stopped using the service. But I'd definitely use it more if the videos were easier to browse.
Finally, Charlene is AMAZING. I liked the earlier videos, but the slender, tall, perfectly coiffed and poised instructors weren't super relatable, especially as my body changed so drastically. Charlene, while also stunning and poised, just feels more relatable and down to earth.

Bloom method has helped me feel agency…
Bloom method has helped me feel agency in my postnatal recovery after a tough delivery and pelvic organ prolapse. I feel confident that I am working to heal my body safely and am so grateful for the guidance. I don’t feel like I have to figure it all out alone. Highly highly recommend.
Steep price
The price point is too high for what you get. However the pelvic floor lift and wrap is so clear and helpful. You will get stronger.
Videos are poorly cut. It can be hard to find the video you want.

Studio bloom is okay
Studio bloom is okay - I was hoping for more clearly pregnant women to be leading or involved in workouts, and I find the music to be awful. Just background filler that was clearly added afterwards so no one is ever doing a move on the beat. There's just something really frustrating about doing squats off beat, following a super skinny woman who is not pregnant calling you "mama" over and over again while you're in your third trimester trying to keep up. That being said, some instructors/classes are way better than others. The moves do make you sweat, and the pelvic floor stuff is good, but strength and cardio kinda just drives me nuts.

The Bloom Method has been the single best educational tool on my pre/postnatal journeys! I feel strong again and safe using all their amazing workouts!

Great workouts, limited material
The quality of workouts are great but it feels like the prenatal workouts available are somewhat limited and very much beginner. By no means 9 months of workout material
Challenging and safe
I love that this workout app is made for women by women. I feel safe in my pregnancy during these workouts, because they are made for me! And oh man, they are challenging!!! I showed my pelvic physiotherapist some videos and she thought the bloom method was safe and would help me with my pelvic girdle pain.
Fooled
Loved the approach but the web offering isn't sufficient with few actual classes available online. Seems like a premature launch. Feel like I was taken for a fool :-(
And I'm not surprised the response is to be 'confused' by the review-tbh what i expected from what comes off as an insulated community making their first steps into the larger world full of ppl with different perspectives/budgets/backgrounds. IMO the proper response is to inquire further into the customer's frustrations, not to write them off as confused.
Anyway, the classes are mostly in 15 minute or less increments, and I'm not trying to spend $30 a month waiting for the promised added offerings.

Highly recommended
I am loving these short sharp workouts ..so many to choose from in the elite program and mix and match everyday without getting bored ..and put as much or as little as you want into the class....when my three months subscription is up I’m def doing the year one ..as someone who’s had three knee ops they’re perfect
Thank you...rather easy on the eye too which is always a bonus..😂😂😂
Non-existent customer service
The trial classes were really good. However, I had some issues with being over charged for the subscription. The customer services was non-exsistent, they took almost a week to respond and refused to resolve the issue. This has really soured my view of the company.

Really enjoying my Bloom experience so…
Really enjoying my Bloom experience so far! Love connecting deeper with my breath and abdominal! Excited for this healthy, fit pregnancy!
Fabulous workouts!
I've been working out with The Bloom Method for a couple months and love it! I wish I'd discovered it even earlier in my pregnancy. The workouts are extremely challenging and work muscles slowly and intensely, and I really feel the burn. My only complaint is that some of the audio on the videos is a little difficult to hear (I think the music is too loud and vocals need to be turned up?). It's only an issue with some of the videos (in the Birthprep) but definitely not all of them. Other than that, it is the best prenatal workout ever! It trains you for birth and really helps you work with breath, engaging the pelvic floor, keeping your core strong, while engaging it safely. So grateful for The Bloom Method!

Great for pregnancy!
I used to be a college athlete and have always worked out pretty intensely. As I got further along in my pregnancy (I am currently at 37 weeks), there were a lot of things I couldn’t do anymore, but still wanted to stay in good shape. The workouts within the bloom method are hard and challenging while being possible to do during all periods of pregnancy! I love that they constantly focus on core as well, which is effected the most during pregnancy! I can’t wait to use the forth trimester rehab program after birth to get my core back! It’s so nice during busy life to have preplanned workouts there and ready for me so I don’t have to think and plan them myself! Thank you Bloom team!
Great program for any mama or mama-to-be
So much great content in this program. Great workouts for every stage (pre-conception, prenatal and postnatal), with a vast variety of offerings (strength, cardio, yoga, barre, etc) along with a wealth of information that is useful not only during any workout (even if not a Bloom workout) but during everyday life. I will admit I signed up for the program during my first trimester but I was so exhausted I didn't actually use it until I reached my second, but after exploring all the offerings there is a lot of content (core foundations, stretches, breath and meditation sessions) that I could have easily been taking advantage of during my first trimester. They also offer a variety of different length classes (express workouts in 10-15 minutes or less and classes almost an hour long). I would recommend this program to any mama or mama-to-be out there.
Really impressed!
I'm 33 weeks preggo and been really impressed with the level of education and organization of all the classes and videos in The Bloom Method. They clearly outline and explain everything so it's easy to understand. I love that pelvic floor health and strengthening is incorporated into all exercise classes.
So helpful!
Very happy with my experience with the Bloom Studio so far. I am in my 3rd pregnancy and have been disappointed in the lack of information for core and pelvic floor maintenance for prenatal and postpartum women. Even as a physical therapist I feel lost in my own aches and pelvic floor dysfunction due to the little training I have in this area. I am happy to finally address the problem with professional help! It has inspired me to learn more and help other moms I meet in my practice who feel the same way I do.
Not enough variety for the price and many mistakes in videos
For the price, there really should be more variety of workouts and they should be more professionally done - many are repetitive and either too short at 20 minutes or too long at 45-50 minutes. There should be more 30 minute workouts. There should also be some sort of outline or recommended schedule. Also, there are many mistakes in the videos, such as only doing one side of the body and forgetting to do the other or no music. Also, the app is super glitchy on Chromecast - I have to watch the videos on my phone. It's not my chromecast because everything else I cast works perfectly fine.

Tiredness
I get tired easily and secondly a mom can't view any exercise without using data

I love the content
I love the content, but the layout could be tighter, more organized. For example, I use Jillian Michaels' app and the workouts are all laid out for me daily. I choose which trimester I am in and I am set! If I want something different I can search and find it, but I don't have to. I am using the app on my Amazon Fire stick fyi.
