You find out how good a company is when something unexpected goes wrong. AusPost lost the article they sent to me. Not their fault, but they took full responsibility. As soon as I enquired Board Gamer were right on it, figured out the problem, gave me options how I wanted to proceed and sorted it out. Very good communication.
