Always do an excellent boiler service. No problem .Paul the engineer always smart friendly and efficent. In these troubled times only one complaint coming from Paul. He needed a haircut but if that's all to complain about no worries. I

Excellent service. They phoned to arrange service appointment which was organised within a couple is days. Engineer arrived a little earlier than expected but that was fine. On servicing the boiler one of the electrodes broke. He managed to source another and returned within the hour to fix it. Everything left tidy and clean. Could not fault the service.

Prompt attendance at the earliest appointment which was very quick. Followed up with replacement part, again at the earliest opportunity. Security deposit repaid without delay. Since repair all good. 4/5 as good service I reserve a 5 or 10/10 for that outstanding or exceptional time.
