Boiler service…

Steve the engineer was a happy pleasant man who arrived on time and got on with the job of servicing my boiler. Which he did with a air of competence and skill. I was very happy with the job he did and his professional approach in all matters.

A slight hiccup…

Did not receive usual reminder for renewal of cover so contacted office only ro be rold my cover had been cancelled. had not done this cover was immediately restored with arrangement for service to be carried out. the service was completed on 5th June to my complete satisfaction.

I am very disappointed with this…

I am very disappointed with this company. When they insure they said all nice things the first time I had a problem The boiler Company engineer couldn't short out the problem instead they charge me £90 for nothing. I would like to cancel this £9 every month direct debit insurance as soon as possible. I was told I can't even cancel until a 12-month contract to end. What a ripoff! If I ever have a boiler problem I will have to call a local engineer to sort out the problems, ashamed of you the boiler company.

Following our attendance to your call-out, after conducting some tests, our engineer identified that the issue you are experiencing is not related to the boiler, it is due to an electrical malfunction in the property.

Our engineer advised you that you would need book an electrician to solve this problem, not a heating engineer.

Excellent value for money

A fantastic company with excellent service. The engineer was well turned out, helpful and chatty. We have complete confidence in this company and would recommend it to all. Once our boiler broke down in the winter and an engineer was there the next day.

The Boiler Company sent an engineer to service my elderly friends boiler, which proved to be working and safe !! but i mentioned the fact that two of the knobs were broken, therefore unable to control the boiler !! I also pointed out that the integral timer isn't working !! I am yet to get a response from the company as to whether these items are covered on the insurance !!

Not a good advert for communication

The Boiler Company contacted us and gave us a day and time.

It was a PM time so we stayed in all afternoon, at 1700 nobody had been and we had , had no phone call for a reason.

My wife had to phone and she was told the Engineer had been stuck with a gas leak, why could the Engineer not tell us by phone as he must have known we were on his list.

We were given the following day between 2 - 5 which did happen, we received no apology.

The Engineer who came was very good but we did not receive any paperwork
