Super efficient service

Super efficient service, engineer arrived promptly on time, carried out the service and checked out and cured
a small fault on the boiler that i had asked him to look at. All in all an excellent job.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service from beginning to end!! I was hesitant at first to use this company due to bad experiences with other tradesmen websites. But I completely made the right decision. From the beginning I was informed as to how the boiler installation would take place and any questions I asked where answered honestly. I was offered different payment options … installation time - the work was done professionally and no mess left behind. I was then shown how to use the boiler. Will be using this company again when needed and will definitely recommend to friends and family

Engineer arrived on time and carried…

Engineer arrived on time and carried out service as required. There is an intermittent problem of the boiler not starting up but he was not able to replicate this issue at the time. But he said everything was safe and sound. Left the area clean and tidy and wore face mask all the time and was polite. No problems.

Good service

The engineer came promptly and fixed the fact that I had no hot water or heating. Before he left he serviced the boiler also. He adhered to the regulations regarding Covid 19. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions.

This company is completely unreliable

This company is completely unreliable. Been waiting for nearly three months to get my boiler repaired. They never return a phone call when they said they would. And all I get are feeble excuses when I call them again.

Never take a cover with this company

Never take a cover with this company. They are a serious rip off. They will take your business, not explain anything and then leave your boiler unrepaired and unrepairable. I don't think they even deserve a single star.

The reply from the Boiler company reaffirms what I said in my feedback. Policy was set up in a minute on the phone without explaining all the things they are now using to justify their position. I never got the T&Cs that they say were emailed but now seem to be referring to those without even trying to address the points of my concern.

Nothing was mentioned about boiler replacement. When I raised my concerns and asked for the policy to be cancelled, the agent said repairs will not go ahead and left us high & dry.

No kind of excuse can justify leaving a single mother and her 4 year old without hot water for 2 weeks! But this company will not understand what Treating Customer Fairly means. They are in denial with no ethics to speak about.

When you took out you policy you wanted a repair immediately. The contract has a 30 day exclusion period where any works conducted during that time need to be paid for. This was explained to you on the phone (which can be heard on the call recording that we have forwarded to you, where you also confirm your understanding of this). This was also confirmed for you on your cover sheet documentation and terms and conditions which were emailed to you the day you signed up (again this has been forwarded to you).

When you requested an engineer attend your property we facilitated this for a call out fee. As explained above, any repairs conducted from this visit would need to be paid for. We recommended that you get a new boiler installed as there were several issues. You elected for a repair, so we replaced your plate heat exchanger. It was then also identified that your diverter valve needs replacement for which we provided a quotation. You did not want to pay to have this done and tried to cancel your contract and get a refund for all sums paid. This refund was rejected.

You have had everything explained to you clearly and multiple times. We will happily fix your boiler for you as detailed by the quotation we provided for the diverter valve. You have chosen not to pay to have this done. To clarify your boiler is not unrepairable, it will just cost money for the repair to be completed, for which we have provided a quotation.

You have now had this explained by 2 members of staff and a manager with the company. I am afraid that this is not an accurate representation of proceedings.

Naturally if you wanted to cancel your policy and receive a refund as you requested these works would not be conducted.

We have offered to repair your boiler on several occasions, you have declined to take us up on this quotation.

The single mother and child in question are tenants in your landlord property. We share your sympathy with the situation and would love to rectify. All that is required is that you pay for the quotation.

Impressed!

Very simple process. Although boiler was working, an issue was identified and large part was replaced.
Workman was polite, friendly, efficient and Covid safe.

Boiler service

Needed my boiler serviced couldn't find any paperwork relating to the boiler cover only a phone number . Made one call within minutes it was all sorted my service was booked and the gas fitter that carried out the service was great .

Professionals

Prompt, precise and professional. So glad I didn't even look at another boiler company. I recieved a quote online within minutes. Phone call answered straight away. Ciaran and his team were here within a week to remove a faulty boiler and install a new one. It's refreshing to see a company with such great customer service who arrive on time. Thanks again!!!

Friday morning no heating only hot water

Friday morning no heating only hot water,phoned the boiler company who arranged an engineer to call Monday morning, he arrived to check the boiler and told me a part was need and he will be back the next day to fix it,he called the next day with the part and fitted it...there was still a problem, the water was clicking on and off same with the heating,he told me he will call back the next day Wednesday hopefully with the right part,he didn't show until lpm because he told me he was waiting for for the part,seemingly the first part that he used was a left handed component and I need the right handed one...anyway whatever wa around it should have been its all up and running now and seems OK.i am just a bit peeved that I had to wait six days for the repair, the engineer was polite and tidy and I have no complaints about his work only the time it took,
