Very pleased with service I received Should have been done last year but I missed my appointment with engineer due to me not picking up message my fault but the chap who came was pleasant and carried out the job efficiently arriving on time as well

The engineer who called to repair my boiler was excellent, he told me exactly what he was doing and showed me the faulty parts, he made sure that the boiler was working correctly and explained about the settings on the boiler, he left everywhere clean and tidy when he left. A good engineer and a good job

The boiler service was entirely straightforward.
The request for a review of it came more than 3 months later. How much good is that?

Rang the boiler company to book an annual boiler service, as usual got straight through, and a uk call centre, and was given a time and date for my approval. The engineer arrived on time and soon completed the service, where he then checked pressure at the metre which he discovered to be leaking, not only did he inform me, he also contacted the gas board for a replacement and then rang back later in the day to check all was fine.

Very pleasant engineer. Boiler is in the roof space so I have no idea what the situation is there as I don't venture there. However, there was no mess trailed anywhere through the bungalow and the job seemed to be done efficiently. No problems with the boiler efficiency so far as I can tell.

Excellent Service, gentleman was very polite, and if we had any questions, did not hesitate to answer.

The engineer was prompt and polite and stayed within guidelines for social distance and ppe. He was efficient and tidy and explained everything to me in language (terminology) I understood.

The guy rang to say he was on his way, good communication. He arrived serviced the boiler. Very friendly.

The Annual servicing of the Boiler ran smoothly. Thorough handling of the boiler itself was conducted with thoroughness including the Carbon Dioxide measuring.

Company is a rip off being taking money of pensioner, never done a service since payments made, never answer phone, never call back.

I have left countless messages to try and sort issue but never received any call backs disgusting

This matter has moved on a bit and someone actually came out to fix the boiler although worryingly this has just highlighted the fact that the boiler has not been serviced since 2018 despite the plan being in place that includes a annual service. No response as yet from their support team!
