Excellent service
When I telephoned to request a service…
When I telephoned to request a service I was informed there would be about 2 weeks wait. The service did not take place for at least 5 weeks after 2 more calls from me.
The boiler has been left usable but it is not reaching full capacity the engineer knew this but suggested I " see how it goes for a while" which I am doing but would prefer it to be working 100%
Pleased with the service.
I had my boiler serviced, it was quick and efficient. This was during lockdown and the plumbers used masks and gloves.

Would not recommend.
Could have been better contact re the time engineer arriving. Said he would be back in afternoon as he was going to get a part and didn't arrive. Phone back with no answer and eventually arrived 2 days later.
Mum left with no heating or hot water over 24 hours.
Cost information could have been sent so I knew what my mum was paying for. Was eventually sent after 4th call. Paid for new pump but reconditioned fitted without being told. Only found this out when got second opinion as a radiator not working.
Now fixed.

An exemplary visit
The engineer arrived within the time specified, carried out the service to the boiler thoroughly and efficiently, explaining it as he went along, cleaned up after putting it back together, and even replaced for me a kitchen cupboard door which I had had to remove to allow full access - a job which he was able to do quickly and perfectly, but which has always caused me problems as a short person now aged 74!

Terrible, neglectful company
Can’t believe I even need to put in one star-
This company is shocking.
Leaving my elderly grandparents (in thier 80’s) with no hot water or heating for over 24 in late December when temperatures are below freezing.
My gran has been paying them £220 per year for an emergency service that appears non existent. They had the cheek to tell my gran that calling (3 times over a matter of hours) ‘wasn’t helpful’.
This company should be ashamed of themselves.
I sincerely hope they consider compensation back to my grandparents.

Good service except for the fact that the technician didn’t warn us that he had shut off the gas supply at one point and the Aga had shut down! 6 hours later we realised it wasn’t lit and had a late dinner!

I was particularly impressed by the Engineers breadth of knowledge and willingness to discuss other matters relating to my heating and hot water needs... Do not under any circumstances use this company. My father is 86 & severely disabled, had a boiler breakdown on Thursday. Boiler company phoned Friday morning said an engineer would arrive that afternoon to repair & carry out a service, he arrived as agreed, cleared a blockage on a 'codensation' pipe & carried out which I can only describe as the quickest service I've ever seen. So far so good. A few hlours later the boiler breaks down again, same fault code. Phoned boiler company on Saturday, they stated they would phone me back on my mobile. 24 hours later, no return call. Phoned company on Sunday, they replied will call back or first thing Monday. Monday 10.30 still not phoned back, so I have once again called them. This time 'we will get our engineering dept to call you'. Still awaiting call. I have lost a shift & half a shift from my work. Please bear in mind the customer is an 86 year old severely disabled gentleman who live alone, he had vascular dementia & has heart & lung problems & now has had no heating or hot water for 48 hours. So much for this company's caring 24 hour callout service. They don't even have the courtesy to return your calls. I notice they respond to 5 star reviews, let's see their response to this review. I have full Power of Attorney for my father.
