Exemplary service. Boiler installed within 1 week of initial contact. Engineer Morgan was courteous, kept us advised of progress and did an excellent job. Everything left neat and tidy.

The job was competitively quoted and started soon after quote. James, who installed the boiler was really great, identifying an easier and cheaper way for us to plumb in the boiler and arranging the repair of some slight damage to the boiler without any prompting.
Everything was clearly explained, the area was neatly cleaned up afterwards and it was all in all a no hassle installation.

Great advice to ensure the best solution was found for replacing my boiler system which had became faulty in a large property. All aspects of the job completed to a very high standard and very friendly and easy to deal with. Thanks!

From Start to finish took 2 days. 7th June, Linda took my initial call, arranged for Chris to call me back, that same night. Chris called and arranged to visit next day 8th June. Chris arrived when he said he would, explained everything we needed to know and more, no hard sell, just plain down to earth knowledge. We agreed on the price and Chris arranged for George to come out next day 9th, to install. Although George was a little late, he called us to explain why and when he would be with us. When he arrived he got started and never stopped until he was finished. Just a few hours later it was all installed, operation explained and mess cleaned up. No fuss, no mess , brilliant. Would give a 5 star, but for some strange reason it (Trustpilot) wont activate that 5th star.

Absolutely outstanding, Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and we agreed our new boiler and had it fully installed within 24 hours. I couldn’t believe it. Such a reasonable price for outstanding service and long warranty. Would recommend Boiler Exchange without any hesitation!

A phone call made to The Boiler Exchange on Wednesday. Chris came on the Thursday and explained all about the boiler. He used easy to understand language and did not try to baffle us with jargon. He gave us a very fair price for a top rated boiler. The very next day James arrived at the agreed time. The old boiler was removed, the new boiler was fitted. Both boiler and hive were explained and James left just over four hours later with everything cleared away and left neat as a pin. Both Chris and James were very knowledgeable and friendly. Great service and would recommend The Boiler exchange to anyone.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Not only is the boiler top notch, Peter went over and above when installing the boiler saving me redecorating. He carried out the job with great expertise and for that I am truly grateful. Thanks again Peter.

Chris came to the house and was very good with explaining the old systemnwe had and suggested what systemnwe were best moving to. Answered every question we had, considering that we were first time buyers. Gave us a great deal nd the engineers that installed the system done a 10/10 job. If you need a boiler, this is the company to use.

Less than 24 hours from my initial call to installation of new boiler. Speedy, efficient and friendly service.

Met with Chris. Nice knowledgeable guy who did not give the hard sell. Answered all my questions and explained the process. Was prepared to negotiate and agreed a price and install date.
The install team of 3 attended on time and completed on time leaving no mess and provided a full explanation of how the new boiler system operated. Would happily recommend.
