Made an enquiry on Tuesday at 2pm about a new boiler, Wednesday at 2pm everything was installed, no mess , no fuss, just a lovely warm house with lots of hot water. Work done to a very high standard. Thank you. Customer service as it should be.

I contacted the boiler exchange for a new boiler installation. Chris came out and looked at my old boiler and gave me a price to replace it . The price was excellent so decided to go ahead . A week later my new boiler was fitted . The engineers were brilliant. Came at 8 and were finished by half 12 . Very clean and tidy. Cant recommend them enough.

Ordering was relaxed and everything explained well by Chris ,within 3 days the boiler was installed by George and his team who worked very hard and was fitted quickly , had it up and running in a few hours .they were very tidy and left no mess.the only problem was me, as I was trying to get to grips with the hive and settings .a quick call to Chris who came back out the next night and showed great patience to an old lady!So thanks Chris😁 I would recommend the boiler company.

Brilliant & friendly staff, no nonsense & quality work

I contacted Viessmann about a new boiler, and they put me in touch with The Boiler Exchange.

Chris and James did plenty of research beforehand as I have a heat pump and they were not 100% sure of the compatibility, but reached out to Viessmann and researched it before going ahead.

My previous boiler was still working at this point but shortly afterwards was marked unsafe by the gas board. I contacted Chris and told him I needed it more urgently now, and it was sorted by the following week with a new gas pipe that now after looking at my gas readings it shows the gas leak was really there (gas usage with nobody home) but now is gone!

The pipework done by James and Norrie was that of men who take pride in their work, really tidy soldering and pipe work... even climbed in very limited floor space to do the pipe so that the kitchen floor didn't need ripping up... mind-blowing dedication to a job done right.

This is a step up from other engineers who just want to throw a boiler at you.

Had my boiler installed by the boiler exchange. Friendly & lovely team & great aftercare as I had to contact them as I had a fault code. Chris talked me through it & boiler sorted, I would recommend them

The boiler exchange were fantastic from Chris coming out to survey the job to the boys fitting the entire system. The job was carried out on record time and looks very professional. My new system was fitted the day after the initial quote. I would definitely use the company again.

The service with Boiler Exchange was excellent, Chris visited my flat and went through all the details of what he felt would be most suitable for me and we agreed on a make and model, and day for installation. In fact, I could get my boiler in 2 days earlier than planned as they had a free installation spot come up. The installation was very well planned tidy and efficient, they explained all that had been done and how it all worked. would happily recommend Boiler Exchange.

The boiler installation from the quote to the job itself went very smoothly in agreed time. The boiler itself was installed very professionally and quick.

It was good to speak to someone and explain my issues instead of an automated website that wouldn’t have seen the issue I had.

From start to finish it’s been excellent great price and service was superb. The team went over and above and got my new boiler fitted and heating working for my young family at this time of the year.

The crew arrived on time and started work without delay, l spoke to the lead James about the job and some technical detail and the rest of the guys layed out all the floor protection and started their various tasks all done with minimum of fuss and active steps taken to minimise the house disruption. The job was concluded within the estimated time, the install went seamlessly the boiler works as expected l received received an induction on the boiler controls, as the crew tidied up inside and out leaving no trace of their visit, except my my brand new boiler.
