Shipping was a little slow but the quality of the manga book more than make up for it

I was very happy to receive my books. The books were printing very well. The professionalism in which the pages and colors are printed are of the highest quality and make you want to read and re-read the book. Amazing prices, no minimum, so easy to use,everything was perfect. customer service was responsive and helpful. Compared to other places that I looked into for printing a pdf translation of a foreign only book, It would have costed more than double, or I would have had to print 10-100 books. The customization process was so simple too and well done. pretty fast print time.

This year I was looking to print a book but unfortunately it was too big for them to print which I understand. I have been a Book Patch customer for over three years. In March I ordered my eBook ISBN. Normally it only takes 10-14 days to complete the process and having it registered. This time unfortunately was different. Their were over 170 book authors in the same dilemma as I was. The issue was a serious one and out of my hands. The team from The Book Patch was working hard to address the problem and I felt they handled it to the best of their ability. I contacted the team several times and they assured me the problem will be corrected and each time they were very professional and took this issue at hand very serious. I believe that they did! The biggest thing was to be patient even though I had plans for my ISBN, I knew it would be taken care of. It was registered on 5-26-2021. I chose The Book Patch before my first book and I will still stay with them because of the service, quality, dedication and the pricing. Sometimes things happen and knowing you have a good team, it will be resolved and better than before.
