I received all 3 books that I ordered today, and they are perfect! I ordered the books right before Christmas so there was a little delay (only an extra day or two) but it arrived on time. Customer service was extremely helpful and timely in responding to my question.

I have to be honest, I thought I was going to have to write Santa and put TBP on the naughty list...I knew ordering at the holiday was going to be rough and I wasn't expecting it until Jan not at Christmas...Krystille and Zachariah to the rescue...I haven't experienced such temperance and generosity in the midst of frustration and such customer service as I did from each of them, it is such a rarity these days to see it in action with online sales being as they are these days...KUDOS to you Zachariah and to your excellence in quality and kindness...I am for sure a TBP customer, I did not expect a refund but they did it without hesitation and I got my books | spirals by the time I needed them with cost to TBP I know...Thanks thanks TBP for everything honestly I will be promoting TBP...Excellence in quality, service and humanity...I hope this is your best year ever in every way, increase and wisdom to you all...Thanks thanks again Krystille and Zachariah...

Really excellent experience. Ordered 3 books for a Christmas gift. Initially I was concerned about pricing being a little high for the quality I might be getting-- do not be concerned! Books arrived well-padded and packed, undamaged, with pristine covers. I was notified when they were shipped, and they arrived within the shipping estimate. I had a customer service inquiry and received a response within 24 hours. All in all, a great experience and I will be checking in periodically to see what new books I might find here. P.S. - The recipient reports that "All the Young Dudes" is a great read if you're a Harry Potter fan.

Yes, I agree with other writers, outstanding customer service. Jeryll has been with the project from the start.
One suggestion, if you are sending the book as a gift, and sending it directly to the friend receiving it, be sure to ask Jeryll to include a little gift card.

For several years I have had The Book Patch print genealogy-related booklets I have written. This year I wanted to print my wife's Camino blog as a Christmas gift. I got a late start for all the wrong reasons, but still thought I had an excellent chance of having the book delivered by Christmas. When it was obvious that was not going to happen I sent in a cryptic email query to which Kristylle kindly replied within a matter of hours. After making a special check with the press crew, she confirmed my suspicion. When the books arrived after Christmas as scheduled/promised, they were perfect. The quality of the many included colored photos was first rate. Since the wife is very happy with me .. I am doubly pleased with The Book Patch. International readers of the wife's Camino FB page (where she posted a photo of the cover) have inquired about where I had the books printed - I was delighted to be able to recommend The Book Patch. The BP reviewer who mentioned printing PDF files for reference opened a whole new set of requirements for me to have printed. Great idea, thanks! And thank you again, Kristylle.

I started putting this book together about 4 years ago, then my husband had a massive stroke and I took care of him for 18 months until he passed away in December 2019. I have built a new home and am finally moved in! So I started looking thru my incomplete projects and I found the cookbook again. I added a few pages and started looking for someone to print it for me. I found BookPatch!! What an easy process from start to finish!!!. They answer your questions immediately online or actually answer the phone when you call.. Great customer service also. I received the cookbooks (10) for my children as a special Christmas gift. It looks better that I thought it did. They did a great job and I will print another book maybe of poems or something with them again.

Kristyle was very helpful when I sent an email about my book not being shipped in a timely manner. She helped to get it straightened out and the book is on its way now. I look forward to seeing how it turned out.

I will have to divide this review in 2 parts.
Part 1:
The printing department did a bad job and bureaucracy caused a huge delay in correcting it and sending me new books, which after many emails they finally came through.
Part 2:
Thanks to the interest taken by Kristylle I received new corrected books. She went out of her way to help me, although it seems she was not getting the necessary support from the printing department for a long while.
The quality of the printed books deserve a 5-star rating, same rating I will give Kristylle for being a fantastic customer service oriented person, caring for the customers.
All in all, because of the initial experience I cannot give ThePatchWork a rating higher than 3stars, but I do recommend anyone to use their services, first because of the support you will get from Kristylle, and second because we all deserve a second chance, especially because there were circumstances that were explained to me by Kristylle with honesty.

This is the best site for self-publishers. Free to use, great quality books, both print and ebook, great customer service, and a cinch for people like me who are not computer geniuses.

Prompt, responds to emails w/in same day or 24 hours. Offers services some small publishing/printing companies don’t. Could be a bit quicker with shipping/locating but understandable on carrier issues.

Found books here for my daughter no one else had. Was a little confused on shipping and delivery dates but got fast response with excellent answers.

This place is a joke. Don't use this site if you ever want to get paid. When I started with them they had the option of being paid by paypal of a check. I selected the check option. Then they decide to stop using the check mode and only pay by paypal. No notification of this change was ever sent to me. I called and they said paypal was the only option. I talked with a manager who said they would change my method to paypal and I would be paid that day which happened to be the 15th. Guess what no money sent to my paypal account. I called and spoke to an English as a second language person who kept saying it was paypal's fault. My money has been sitting in their bank collecting interest for three months. Would never use this site again.

I ordered from this company weeks ago and I am still waiting on my order.Notice they don’t use pay-pal.I should have read reviews before ordering.Maybe I can save someone else money.Again I stress,do not use this company.They give such lame excuses,,thanksgiving,,slow mail etc.

This is my first book with The BookPatch and the process went very well... I would recommend them to another first time writer. I was very pleased with the binding, the cover and all 413 pages.

I will recommend to them that they need to add another selected line item for selecting contents - that would be for a Nonprofit and Fundraising check-off.
