The staff was very accommodating .. I’m not computer savvy and they we very kin and made me feel safe with understanding the process… this is my first time publishing any of my work so I’m excited and I feel I will be very satisfied at the end.

So far so Good! I haven't seen the finished product yet, I thank Jeryll for walking me through the production process on this Specialty Children's Book. It has been GREAT! I can't wait to see the finished book.

TheBookPatch is my favorite book printing company. For the past year and a half, their print jobs have been nothing but superior. The orders are a little slow at arriving, but that is more of a USPS issue. It is well worth the wait.

The print work is always clear and clean. I have gifted my family several personally printed books through their services.

This is a one-stop-shop for beginning indie authors. They teach you about ISBN numbers and make uploading covers/manuscripts easy. They also have a shop on their website that your book can immediately be added to. It's a neat little corner of the internet and I highly recommend them.

Kristylle was extremely patient and helpful with me, going the extra mile to make sure I got exactly the layout I wanted. Also, the price was extremely reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The quality of printing books/booklets by The Book Patch website in Arizona is terrific. As an author of numerous booklets with the unique publisher, I appreciate that greatly. Also, Jeryll in Customer Service has been responsive and friendly to any of my queries about book orders. If you're looking for interesting (but cheap) booklets, this is the website/publisher!

Very pleased with the book and the service response. The book I ordered was a custom print for an organization to which I belong. The order confirmation suggested that I would get a notice of shipment. When it didn't come on the day promised I waited 4 or 5 days then emailed for an update as instructed in the order confirmation. I received an immediate reply with assurance that my order was in process. In all I received about 4 emails reassuring me that all was well with an explanation that the two binding machines were out of order as the reason for the delay. That same day I received the shipping notice and the book arrived as promised. The desire to please was obvious to me. This business is a winner!

Fast easy to use upload interface. Shipping is not great but still good( paid for expedited shipping…FedEx downgraded to ground and delayed 6 days).

All of my experiences with The Book Patch have been excellent! I have ordered my books from them at least 50 times and only ONE time my order was a little delayed which is excellent and it was beyond their control. I called the number provided on the Book Patch website, got a representative right away which isn't common today, and they were very helpful. They also email back within the same day with any questions. The books are high quality print and bound and I couldn't be happier with the prices! Thank you The Book Patch! You helped me make my dream of being an author come true and I am having great success selling them. To those who order books from the book patch, not an author, but just want to order. It's very easy! No having to verify email address or phone number. I'm trying to persuade more people in using this website but they still like me doing the ordering...lol. It's all good though. I'm very happy with The Book Patch services!
