I live in Canada, and was able to speak to
Victor on the phone in 2014 in my hunt for trying to find reputable publishing companies. My name is Pauline Francis.
I hold a B.Ed., Masters Degree, and PhD degree...so I did my homework in looking for a company!!
I have no regrets for having Victor's company publish my 25 books in 2014, as well my current book just completed. Loyalty is a two-way street!
This morning, I read some of the reviews on this site. People need to understand that there are glitches that may occur in ALL of our lives as well with any business, but ONE THING FOR SURE is that "team Victor" (as I affectionately like to call them) ensures that things get corrected if there is anything within their control.
With loyalty, rapport grows as well, understanding and patience follows suit.
I continue to refer people internationally who are looking for a publisher to the Book Patch.
Victor has more people on board working for him which is good as he invested a lot of his time building this 'baby' and now it is time to share the load with qualified individuals.
There is an employee Victor hired named: "Jeryll". I can sum up Jeryll in 6 words (which I did tell him): "he has the heart of Victor!" That should say it all. It is not because Jeryll goes above and beyond to ensure things are done right or corrected if need be - that is regular - what makes Jeryll exemplary is that his heart is in the business, in Victor's baby, and that shines through professionally in every interaction with Jeryll. Though Victor has taken a step back to oversee his operation, it is as if he has a mini-Victor in Jeryll, and that is something that is a rare diamond that Victor found. I know you'll read this Victor, I'll certainly ask your team to ensure you do, please note that Jeryll really is your mirror image in heart, professionalism, on the phone, via email, and across the board - I've even extended your lunch invite in Canada to him should you and I not have an opportunity to meet on this side of the border!
I do hope Victor, that based on your dealings with me, you not only appreciate but see how much of an integral part of your business, team, and business model that Jeryll truly is - and he will grow in expanding your operation if you allow him to grow in your company. Jeryll reaches out to his teammates, and he has by every sense of the word demonstrated as being a team member with exemplary integrity.
I also had the pleasure via this last book published to have email correspondence with an employee "Kristylle".
Kristylle is in charge of the ISBN segment of Victor's operation. She has always been timely in response, and one of many things I appreciate about Kristylle is that if there is a glitch in the system re: ISBN registration, she reaches out to her teammates to ensure things are corrected quickly. Kristylle brings her own assets to the team: she is professional, personable, business focused ("team Victor") and demonstrates integrity - those qualities cannot be bought or trained. Kristylle's heart IS in the company as well, and that shines through in every correspondence with her.
I have not had the opportunity to communicate with Victor's son Zachariah, but Zachariah your father birthed a great business, I trust that you will work to ensure it continues to grow only upwards to where your dad envisioned it to be - a structure with no ceiling thus endless possibilities!!

I have used TheBookPatch since 2017 when I self-published my first book. What appeals to me about The BookPatch is the full control that the author has over the publication and dissemination of her writing. I am currently using TheBookPatch to publish a play. Customer service has been very helpful to me as I am not technologically astute.

On the USPS website it says that my book has been delivered and it hasn't been its not there. I would like a refund!

Customer service was great. I ran into an issue but it was resolved quickly. The books are also very good quality totally would recommend.

We've now had three books published by The Book Patch, and we are beyond satisfied. The website is easy to use and pretty much fool proof. We had unloaded one pdf file that didn't perform, and Krystille (Ninja Agent) spent a lot of time with us seeking resolution. Between us, we got the file into printing shape, and the issue (which had been on our end, not theirs) was resolved. They're responsive, cheerful, knowledgeable, articulate, and eager to go the extra mile for the right result. And they're also economical! These gals/guys have it dialed in! Super easy website, reasonable pricing, quick turnaround, and quality books come out the other end! And super fast, personal customer service on the off-chance you actually need help. Glad I found them - have done multiple books and multiple orders.

TheBookPatch was a blessing in disguise to find. After writing and illustrating my children’s book I looked for a place to get it printed and stumbled upon this site. After receive 100 books to sell at a very agreeable price I was more than happy with how the books were put together. Even with the minimum page I can have in a book they still managed to make the spin readable and strong. My pictures all looked great even though they were originally traditionally drawn. Furthermore, when emailing the company I got immediate replies that answered my question in a clear way that was easy to understand. I was also surprised that I can sell the book on this site (who knew!). It was definitely an added bonus for me! Anyway, I can only say great things about TheBookPatch in their great rendering of books and amazing service. Highly recommended if looking to self publish!

Used this service to print some books for a friend's birthday. At first they sent me one of the book with the wrong cover, but after reaching out they immediately sent a replacement and let me keep the messed up cover book (the contents were perfect, the cover just didnt match the other 2) free of charge.

Would highly recommend for book printing needs!
