Great business - Highly recommend

Great customer service from this company. A shame bigger retailers don’t take a note on how it should be done from The Boot Company. A long story but I will say they tried their best at all stages and I was extremely pleased with the way they handled the purchase. Good old fashioned customer service that is rare these days.

Nick is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and sold me some kick ass shoes. This is an experience and shoe you can’t get anywhere else IN THE WORLD. Highly recommend.

Bought these shoes on a click and…

Bought these shoes on a click and collect from my local shop. When I picked the shoes from the shop I must say the staff were above and beyond with their service both of the staff could not have been more helpful. I own over 10 pairs of dm’s but I am always willing to take good advice from polite staff 1st class.

After much hassle

After much hassle, I finally received the parcel.
Their so clever at boot company, they didn't even put the correct address in. So then the postman, can't deliver.
And after days of waiting, they post it next door.
A cluster from start to finish.
Won't be buying from theme again.

We always aim to deliver great service — even when the odds are stacked against us… like when a customer enters the wrong address at checkout.

Just to set the record straight: Your shipping label was printed automatically from the information you entered at checkout. So when the postman couldn’t deliver, it wasn’t because we were “clever” — it was because we were following your instructions to the letter. Judging by the spelling in your review, it's clear how a typo in the address might have slipped through — it happens!

Even with that hiccup, your order still arrived in 3 days, which is right on target for the free delivery option you selected...Not bad, considering we were working with incomplete info.

Thankfully, your neighbour stepped in to save the day. Maybe next time, give them a heads-up — or better yet, double-check your address when placing an order. 😉
