Wrong boots ordered
I ordered a pair of Blundstone boots for my wife as a gift , upon receiving them they where the wrong colour, which was my fault no fault of The Boot Company.
Tom kindly set into action to resolve the issue.
Even though the colour required was currently out of stock in store Tom went above and beyond to get the right model from the manufacturer.
The replacement boots where shipped out immediately and Tom Kindly followed this up with a phone call to advise they where on the way.
Great customer service and i would recommend The Boot Company to anyone wanting some quality footwear.

Although the Boot Company were more money,I contacted them via chat online, as I had read that they price match. they told me to place my order and they would refund the difference, they actually price matched!!! I placed my order and the refund for the difference was back in my account within 3 days!! Would definitely recommend, delivery was quick too!!

Lovely seller of Blundstones
My sister and I visited as one of the only places in the area to stock Blundstones. Tom didn't hesitate to help us try them on and gave us great advice on sizing that you just wouldn't know from researching online. Much the deliberators, we took some time to decide on buying them as of course they're not cheap but they are built to last. We did spot them online for cheaper and they did price match and even sent them out immediately after I had phoned. Arrived very quickly. We're both very pleased and happy to have bought from a more local, independent shop. Thank you!

I klarna £150 on boots, they were to small so I sent them back. My husband lost the tracking receipt (our fault) but I have contacted the company 3 times now to ask them to help with adjusting on klarna so I'm not charged and nobody has replied to any of my emails. I'm now £150 down and with no boots.
