I don't usually have time to write reviews. I have made time to write this review because I was really impressed.
The Docs arrived well packaged with a letter personally signed. I had to return a pair due to sizing (i ordered the wrong size). There was no issue with the return and indeed got friendly advice about sizing. It was good to speak to a human being who, as it turn out, was the person who had packaged them and sent in the first place.

Placed and ordered 05/01 - guaranteed next day delivery. Two emails sent chasing an update. Status still remains as ready to ship on tracking and no response - automated or written received. Had to raise a dispute with bank over payment made as no product or response received. Would not recommend.

Hi Geoff.
Thought I would provide an update on here as well as the multiple emails I have sent to your address without response. Your order was placed on a Sunday evening and despatched the very next day. For some unknown reason Royal Mail experienced delays with the delivery and it was safely delivered to you on the Saturday. As you opened a charge back with your bank by the Monday afternoon (less than 24 hours after placing the order) the balance was on hold and we were unable to refund your postage which is our standard protocol when an item misses it's delivery window.
Since the item was successfully delivered you have proceeded to ignore all of our emails and responses to your chargeback. You have however continued to leave and amend your reviews on all our platforms so in the interest of honesty for anyone reading your review we have taken the decision to release your tracking number. OH345789122GB. This can be entered into the Royal Mail website and you can see the full updates of your parcels journey starting with Mondays collection and finishing with a beautiful photo of you accepting delivery of your shoes on Saturday morning (the shoes you claim never arrived and continue to dispute even 4 days after delivery to the credit card company).

Was looking for doctor martens for my…
Was looking for doctor martens for my partner and came across this site. The price was better than anywhere else so decided to give it a go. Boots came in good time in perfect condition. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and style so emailed them (after 30 days of purchase) to see if I could get an exchange of boot and size. This was no problem at all and customer service was fantastic. If you're not sure about this site, I can guarantee there is nothing to worry about and they will go above and beyond to help. Highly recommend
