DO NOT order from this company - The owner is a THIEF!
I've never had such bad customer service from a company in my life. If anything goes wrong with your order, don't expect the company to help you out at all. The owner is a liar and a thief, it is absolutely shocking! He threatened to post how rude I was to him if I told everyone the truth about what happened. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and the owner promised me 2-day delivery to France, which was very important because there would have been no one home to receive the parcel a week after the order was placed. It then took much longer because 1. The parcel was sent late and 2. The paperwork from the company was incorrect. This meant that the parcel was stuck in customs until I left France and there was no time left for me to be able to receive the parcel. The amount of times I messaged the owner to for help and to return the parcel to receive a refund was crazy. I also had to phone the courier companies myself and all they said was the company/sender needed to contact them, which never happened. I then received an email that duties and taxes need to be paid, which wasn't clear on the website in the first place, (I would have paid this if I was still in France to receive the parcel) but seeing that I wasn't I asked the owner again to organise a return with the courier company. He did nothing. The parcel has now been delivered somewhere to someone, which means someone stole it. The owner now blames me for everything and doesn't want to refund me. Don't waste your time and money with them.

What a misleading review. I haven’t the patience to respond to it in full but to clarify for future customers I will offer some pretty fundamental details missing from the review.
The customer requested delivery within 7 days to a family member in France so that her sister could bring the item to her in South Africa (we later found out this was to avoid SA import duties). The item was posted less than 12 hours after the order was placed (the order came in at 8:43 pm when our warehouse is closed). Her review claims she was expecting a 2-day service but yet she opted for the cheaper ‘Royal Mail 5 Day Delivery (Fully Tracked)’ service at checkout.
The item was handed to the French delivery service La Poste within 3 days of despatch. The customer was contacted by La Poste to pay an import duty, this is imposed by the French authorities for items arriving from outside the EU.
The customer was convinced England was still inside the EU and therefore believed she was being conned by us despite all the correspondence and documentation coming directly from La Poste. After a delay of nearly 5 days, daily conversations via our live chat and constant reassurance the item was still held by La Poste and the delivery window was missed (as the customer's sister had left for South Africa), as a result, the customer no longer wanted the item and demanded a refund. We made it very clear that until the item was returned we were unable to offer a refund for obvious reasons.
We facilitated a return with La Poste on behalf of the customer and as a result avoided the payment of import duties (as it was being returned), all she had to do was inform La Poste that she didn’t want the item. This never happened and 48 hours later the tracking was updated to delivered.
Please keep in mind it was delivered safely to the address provided, a property belonging to her sister and not stolen as she has claimed.
For absolute clarity I will provide the tracking number below, this can be entered onto the Royal Mail website and shows the item moved very smoothly up until it was held by customs awaiting payment for the import duty. All of the movements of the item are there for everyone to see.

Excellent - highly reccomend
I found it very easy to purchase, knew exactly what I was getting, and the boots arrived quickly in perfect condition. I appreciated the lack of excess plastic packaging, with everything packed into the boot box (I also ordered polish). This was the only place the boots I wanted were available and even though they are technically slightly too small for me (I knew this when purchasing) I believe they will wear in.
