Amazing deep clean!!!!!

I hired Lisa for a deep clean and she was AMAZING!

I use the service called end of tenancy and everything is super clean and professional. Staff arrive on time and make everything so perfect.

I was suddenly without a cleaner for quite a bit flat (170 sq m), when I found the Brazilian Cleaning Company. It is now over 2 months that my flat is looked after by them with. Weekly visit. It is spotless, and the laundry is done to perfection with minimum communication required. I strongly recommend.

My experience on May 29 was disappointing since no one showed up or bothered to give me a call.
I tried to call the number on the website, but the number was not recognised, making me wonder if the business was active.

Since then, I have received a response from this business, which kindly offered me a discount to give me a second chance, which happened today, Jul 15.

Elizabete was punctual, arrived as agreed, and spent 3h30min cleaning the house, which I was delighted with.

I learned today that the mobile number on the website doesn't receive calls and is only used for WhatsApp. They are still figuring out the booking system, so if you want to receive a response, use WhatsApp.

Very thorough cleaning and proactively looks at what needs to be done and does it. Always on time and a pleasure to have around the house. Fantastic cleaning service.
