The British Wine Cellar is the convenient place to buy English & Welsh wines. They stock a wide range of wines from across England and Wales, you can choose your own selection or buy a pre-mixed case. There is no minimum number of bottles to order - you can buy one bottle or twenty! The vast majority of their wines are the same price as if you bought from the cellar door. They include tasting notes in every delivery, along with vineyard information. Gift messaging is available for free - a handwritten gift tag will be attached to each bottle of wine.

Excellent product and customer service.
I ordered sparkling wine to be sent to my daughter for her birthday. As soon as I had submitted the order I realised that I had accidentally put my own address as the delivery address. So (without much hope) I emailed to confess and ask for help. Almost immediately I received a gracious email assuring me that things would be corrected for me. The wine arrived on the right day at the right address, and I am assured by my daughter it was "really good".
I was impressed with the service and would highly recommend this company.

Outstanding Customer Service
Before I placed my order I emailed them for some advise and the response was quick and very helpful. Natasha and Gary know a lot about their products and the customer service was outstanding. I cannot comment on the wine, as it was a gift for my Mum. She told me however, that they tasted great and she loved the little note that provided so much detail about each bottle.

We are disappointed that you have chosen to write a bad review rather than get in touch with us to ask where your order is - it was dispatched on 7th April (less than 24hrs after the order was placed). We can see it hasn't been delivered yet as no house number has been provided on the delivery address - we will email you shortly to request this information so we can contact the courier who still has your parcel, and hopefully they can deliver this today or Monday. We hope you enjoy your wine once it arrives.

4 bottles tried from a selection of 7 so far. Tried one red, 2 whites and a sparkling white. Pinot red very poor, both whites pleasant and drinkable and sparkling comparable with a good Prosecco. All 4, so far expensive compared with none British wines at nearly half their price. Hoping the remaining 2 reds and one white lift my impressions

Straightforward and easy ordering, delivered on time and well packed. As it was a birthday present, the option of a handwritten label was a nice touch and well received. Great to have such a good choice of British wine in one place, as it can be hard to find in a supermarket.
