so pleased to have found the bunnies, i love their designs! i purchased the lace up puff sleeve shirt and i’m in love! it fits me (standard size 6/8 in a size M, for reference). thanks bunnies!

Can't recommend enough! Unfortunately, my package got lost, but their support was very helpful and replies quick. The issue was resolved and the dress came in the end. It fits perfectly, the material is very nice and light. I will definitely make another purchase with them :)

The store immediately captivated me with its incredible style and sense of something more than clothes. When I ordered the dress, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was, because I am in another country. Everything came quickly enough and without any problems. And the quality of the dress is a separate pleasure, everything is thought out to every detail. It is a pleasure to wear it and look at yourself in it.

Awesome support from their office, talked me all the way through an issue with a package undelivered by the carrier. As soon as they got the return notification from them, I got refunded and was able to reorder without waiting an eternity for the refund, as with so many other stores.

This is a scam! Ordered the radiant dress, received it with the zipper already broken. Contacted the customer service, they didn’t answer. So I opened a dispute with PayPal. The seller told me to send the dress back to an address in Berlin. I had to pay for sending it back even though it was broken. I copied the address down word for word but got the package back bc apparently it couldn’t be delivered. So I got a broken dress and no money. Do not order there!

Update: paypal did revise my appeal and I got back my money at least.

Bought a lace dress for £75 and it came with threads coming out of the dress and lace is damaged. For that price you would expect good quality product. Worse of all I emailed them and customer service is horrible and patronising. I sent pictures of thread coming out and faulty lace material and the guy, Itziar Z kept saying oh but looks fine to me and told me that I don't know how to fit the dress!

I am so shocked by such bad customer service - the only thing I asked for is for a return label to return their faulty item but they won't even provide that. I have been emailing for the past 2 days and they just shrug it off.

Do yourself a favour and do not buy from them! They make it really hard to return bad items.

This brand is a scam! I order the MINT shirt and the final product doesn’t reflect at all the composition they reported on their website. It is 100% polyester (and not 70% cotton as written on their website) and one of a very bad quality at that. On top of that, the label with the composition is totally missing from the garment.

I recently bought some Rosita Fernandez gloves from the Bunnies Store for my wedding. The entire collection is gorgeous. The whole store is gorgeous! When there looked like there may be a hiccup with the shipping, due to South Africa’s post office being variable in its reliability, the Bunnies Store team went out of their way to find a good solution for me and the designer. They went well beyond the normal customer service you can expect from an outlet, even answering messages late on a Friday evening (but obviously please don’t hold them to this).

Thank you to Itziar and the team for the support. My only regret is not ordering more items - a mistake I won’t make again.

First order. The brands popped on my Instagram as I was looking for a corset fairy tale dress. I looked at the comments and saw it was good quality, good customer service. I don’t usually order online clothes. I was not disappointed. The corset dress of my dream. It fits so well and the materials are really quality. The customer service is the best I ever encountered. They even arranged for the dress to arrive earlier because I wanted to have it for an event. I have a corset top coming soon from them. I cannot wait. The kind of piece of clothes that makes you feel sexy af and hence boosts confidence. Thank you so much ❤️

Hi, I have just got my package from the bunnies store. I bought the radiant dress size M ( I am 1.73 tall, chest 89cm , waist 64 cm, hips 92 cm). I wasn’t sure what size to get but it’s suggested if you are in between sizes like me (I am usually an S little bit M if it makes sense ) but I ended up choosing the bigger one as suggested. Best choice ever. I fell in love with this dress as soon as I saw it on Instagram in an advertise and after consulting the reviews I bought it straight away. Package arrived after two weeks. It’s so worth it though. I can’t complain about anything the dress is absolutely like the pics and the description. I am so happy That I bought the M because I will use to go out but mainly on stage since I am a dancer, and there’s nothing worse than having something even a bit tight on your body while you dancing. Anyways the dress has strings all over the body so even though a bigger size is bought you can always make it tighter. This is the best dress I’ve ever had. I will buy from this store again. Totally recommend. :))))))

I’ve bought radiant dress, which made me feel like a fairy at my bday party:) The shippping process to Poland was longer than I expected (around 2 weeks) - but it’s good that I’ve made the order a moth prior to the party. Dress is beautiful, nice materials, but also quite short so I wore bike shorts underneath. Overall the experience was good and I’ve got so many compliments on it. Also the staff is very friendly and responsive on Instagram - it feels that they care about you as customer!

This is the brand with the best customer service i have ever encountered! i had a really tight time to have the dress (022) delivered in time for the wedding, and let me tell you, i was communicated with every step of the way, and when the customs tried to delay the dress i had full support from the brand and their delivery partner (Fedex). The dress was beautiful beyond expectation because not every detail shows in pictures. I think i found the brand i will come back to in the future, many many times. Thank you <3

I accidentally discovered the brand and it was a love from the first sight! I ordered the two products I wanted so much and I was shocked! the quality was perfect! the clothes are a piece of art! the whole team is extremely helpful!! I looooooooved all of them !
