The cake was amazing! Very tasty, very easy to order through WhatsApp and collection was great! I sent over some reference images and they managed to smash it!

Do not waste your money.

I have ordered 3 boxes for my 3 year old daughter.
Paid £91 incl. delivery.

The box from the photo was mostly damaged, the other 2 not great looking either.

The taste- I thought if I pay £28 per box it will be a nicely baked cupcake, unfortunately, they taste like cupcakes from the COOP!

I would NOT recommend.

If I could give zero I would. This company is a scam. The quality of their cakes is so low and do not bear any resemblance to their website.

My cake arrived collapsed and without any of the decoration. It was £100

The ‘customer service’ team did not apologise, did not call me back and then accused me of manipulating the cake and said they would not refund me prior to 3 months if at all. Because I opened the box to check the cake they said I was responsible for how substandard the cake is. I am not sure how you check a cake without opening the box. They are a disgrace. They are not telling the truth as they said they have photographic evidence of what the cake looked like prior to be posted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Luckily I have paid through PayPal I can receive a refund. Total scam.

So easy to order the cutest horse decorated buns. They were delivered as requested. Delighted with them.

Normally I bake and decorate my children’s birthday cakes but didn’t have time so began trawling Google to find a company that could produce a gluten free birthday cake, suitably decorated for a child, who could also deliver. In the past we’ve not been very successful with combining great decoration with edible GF cake as it is a skill to get right, hence I’ve learnt to bake and decorate myself. That is until we found Cake Daddy and what a find it was! We took delivery of a gluten free cake (via Royal Mail so was a little nervous) which arrived so well packaged it was perfect, beautiful decoration just like the image and the taste and texture just superb! The best I’ve had and my son was over the moon. Despite an issue with the baking process (GF can throw curve balls, I know), Cake Daddy communicated well, put a contingency plan in place, kept their promise and delivered just as they said they would. I’ll certainly not hesitate in using them again, especially as the design choice is incredible. Thank you Cake Daddy 😊

Cake looked amazing, tasted amazing and was all round really good. We had it delivered and it came on the requested day with no worries. I will definitely be using them again at some point.

The cake doesn’t taste good, cream was very thick barely melted sugar, making it impossible to eat… I won’t order it again

Not really sure what the deal is here.. Sent an enquiry off for a cake. They rang me and left a voicemail which I couldn't quite make out. I rang back said I couldn't quite hear the second part of the voicemail and I would like a rough price for the cake I wanted..the guy said he'd find out and ring me back. I said is there any chance of us just going through it on the phone now and he just kept saying I'll ring you back. Anyway he never rang me back so I went elsewhere.

I bought a cake for my son’s 1st birthday I ordered it for the Friday as I just knew it was going to be late and thank goodness I did.
Fast forward to Sunday cake looked gorgeous but when we cut into it it was completely underbaked very squidgy. Also they knew this when decorating as the layer of buttercream was thicker in the middle where the cake had sunk.
I’ve emailed twice now to no response . Really dissatisfied as my children both have milk allergies and I thought I’d found a winner for all family cakes moving forward. The lack of customer service is disgusting. As the manager of a soft play centre they could’ve had a LOT of business out of me but not now.

I’ll probably never get a response.
So £200 for a cake that didn’t get eaten.
A lot of moneyto waste just for a glorified photo op!

They made the cake the day before so it was very fresh when it arrived, it was packed really well to keep it cool.

They had unfortunately ran out of the type of icing I'd asked for but messaged me multiple times about it to make sure I knew - I was able to work out an alternative with them which worked just as well.

The actual cake looked amazing, she was very happy with it.

The cake selection for my daughter’s 30th was great and Cake Daddy were very willing to accommodate additional requests. The cake looked amazing, arrived on time and everyone loved the look and taste. I will definitely use them again.

I ordered a cake from the cake daddy recently and honestly i’m so glad i did! All my guests loved it tasted so fresh and the decoration was beautiful. At first i will be honest i was a little hesitant ordering due to their cakes being delivered i was worried about the cake but the packaging was insane. Everything about my experience was perfect i can’t recommend them enough! Can’t wait to order from them again!!!

I ordered a cake for my six year olds birthday party. Ordered it for the Friday and cake daddy called me to as if due to the heat of the weather they could deliver on the day of the party. I agreed against my better judgement. They promised I’d have it for one o’clock. Well one o’clock came and went and the party ended……cake never arrived. I called them and they said it would be with me the Sunday, the day after the party. They use a customer service in another country so getting answers is hard work. Then the person who called me today said the owner was sitting next to me but wouldn’t speak to me as that’s what they employ her for?? Insulting, disappointing and awful service. I won’t use again and I’d recommend you don’t either if you don’t want to be disappointed. I await my refund.

Update - I was told ‘leave a review and see how long your refund takes….so watch this space’

Beautiful cake ordered for an 90th birthday party after a let down by a local baker. This was a bit of a panic buy with fingers crossed but I couldn’t be more pleased with the cake that arrived. Delivered on time and expertly packed, it looked fabulous and tasted even better. Everyone loved it. I would highly recommend Cake Daddy to anyone looking for a beautiful, excellent quality cake at short notice. We loved it and Cake Daddy saved the day! Thank you!
