When I telephoned first of all , I received good sensible advice . I then placed my order on their website and within two days it was delivered . I had to call about something else, and again the service was great . So 10/10

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I would stay well clear of this company and all of their products!

I bought a fryer for £997 and it broke within a month of it being installed….

It has now cost my business over £1500 in lost sales, they are being difficult now and not letting me return their faulty item but insist I must pay to get it repaired my self and wait for them to send out replacement parts, all while losing money every day!

I am a brand new business owner and this issue had cost me in more ways than just financial, I’ve also lost customers.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but it’s important to clarify that we are a distributor, and all products are sent brand new directly from the manufacturer. All commercial mobile catering equipment is supplied with a parts-only warranty, which is standard across the industry.

Under this warranty, any reported issue must be supported by an engineer’s installation and fault report before replacement parts or repairs can be issued. This ensures that any fault is properly verified and resolved according to the correct warranty process.

We have already taken steps to assist and requested the necessary parts to minimise downtime. However, bypassing the agreed procedure or returning equipment without authorisation may cause further delays.

It is therefore not accurate or fair to suggest to avoid since we are not refusing help — we are following the correct and lawful warranty procedure to resolve this matter.

Scammers

Scammers - we have not still received our money back.
The equipment came faulty - we bought the new fryer on the 15th of August. It was faulty and not fit for purpose. They came to collect the fryer after few weeks and nothing yet - we have notified the bank about those scammers and if not refund is issued our bank will act on our behalf - charging back the amount paid. We spent 1.3k for a faulty fryer. To avoid

Do not purchase from this company!

Do not purchase from this company!

Clear mis-selling at point of purchase and no ownership of consumer rights to rectify faulty product within standard warranty period. Many months of communication and wrangling to no end. Highly unsatisfactory service, lack of ownership, profiteering, poor and impersonal customer service!
Ultimately dealt directly with the manufacturer (Fracino) who couldn't do more to help to resolve ongoing issues that should be owned by the retailer with whom the sale was made. Fracino has taken its own action directly with this retailer as a result - interpret this as you will. Avoid at all costs!

The unit was in satisfactory working condition for many months after purchase. It was sold with a "parts-only" warranty, as clearly indicated on our website at the time of sale.

Upon its return organised by the customer, the unit was unfortunately damaged in transit, resulting in additional repair costs, which fall outside our liability.

All relevant details about the product and warranty were provided at the point of purchase.

Additionally, we understand a Section 75 claim was pursued through your card provider, which was ultimately declined with no evidence of mis-selling.

We appreciate your concerns and frustrations but we believe this review does not fully reflect all the circumstances.

We remain committed to providing quality service and accurate information to all customers.

Writing a wrong

I have recently been a little hard with Mobcatering over some miscommunication and must say they have been totally professional and helpful throughout, as things transpired the problem was caused by my own actions and I can happily say it all turned out as a good experience to deal with them.

There was nothing wrong with the…

There was nothing wrong with the delivery only for me to find that what I believe was a very good mower was far too heavy for me to use so I returned it but have heard nothing in the way of refund so am using this way to maybe get a reasponse
