I ordered a coffee machine for my business, I was told delivery was between 5-9 working days. When I rang to enquire about the delivery a week later, I was told it would be a further 3 weeks and there was nothing they could do about it. I am still waiting to hear from them with regards to a £3000 refund. I wouldn’t trust them ever again

Dear customer we apologise for the lack of communication regarding machine readiness. There was a surge in orders and production times are slightly longer because of the re-opening of businesses. We are happy to hear that a refund has not been requested and dispatch will go ahead when the machine is available. We will endeavour to do better with keeping customers up to date.

The service kit negates the need to take the LPG Generator to a service centre, avoiding that cost. It allows the customer to easily service the unit which can be more convenient and cost effective.
