It’s not very professional to try and ruin a business’s reputation when you don’t have all the facts. We’ve sold many coffee machines without any problems. Fracino coffee machines are custom made to order, these are expensive, quality built to last machines. It’s not fair to bully and then try to discredit a business because of a lack of research by posting malicious claims. Customers starting their business do thorough research before making an equipment purchase. It’s not a pair of socks that you can simply return and say it was mis-old to get out of any costs. Also, any restocking fees are set by the manufactures and not the distributor. We have and continue to help many people start their own business. We offer fair pricing. Customer services are always polite and courteous.

Missing items and a faulty battery!
I bought a LPG generator at the end of June. When it was being delivered the delivery driver damaged the gate. Then I found that there was no ignition key with the generator. I asked for this to be sent and I got it a few days later. I bought a regulator and booked a gas fitter. He couldn't get it working. I was advised to use the regulator that came with the generator - there was none with it! Eventually i got this and rebooked the gas fitter and he got it working. All of this was adding weeks to getting up and running. After a couple of weeks I got supplies and a place to trade sorted - then the generator wouldn't start! I was told it was likely a faulty battery and I'd have to buy another one costing me nearly £200! I was told that the battery isn't covered by the warranty as it's a "wearing item". How can it be worn? It hasn't been used! I used MobCater as they had good reviews, unfortunately my experience has been pretty awful and has cost be time, money and potential trading days. Off to the small claims court!

Dear customer, we try very hard to resolve any problems that occur. As explained the battery after a couple of months is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty as these are referred to as wearing items. We can only work within the warranty provided. As a gesture of good will, we did offer a £50 off coupon to help with battery cost. Unfortunately, postage to NI is not cheap for a heavy item. Regardless, MobCater is still happy to offer a coupon if it helps. Feel free to contact us again. We are of course sorry, that this has not met with your satisfaction at this time.
