Dry, cracked and broken.
For starters the design wasn't as advised it was similar so this wasn't a major issue. The drips on the cake were very short and 2 drips had cracks through them. The edible decorations were loose in the box and broken off the sticks provided also the cake sponge itself was extremely dry. I'm sure this cake would have been amazing if fresh.
I was very embarrassed to have a party guest parent tell me to report this to the supplier.

Absolutely appalling experience with this company. Ordered a cake for my son's 8th birthday, which looked great when it arrived - perfect presentation. However, when we cut into it, the texture was a complete disaster - mushy and completely inedible. The cake was not fit for consumption and we couldn't even bear to try a slice. To make matters worse, the customer service team was incredibly difficult to deal with. We had to contact them multiple times before they finally agreed to issue a refund. The whole process was frustrating and felt like a hassle. Considering the cake's appearance was fine when it arrived, we had high hopes, but the quality was severely lacking. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Pokémon Cake
Ordered a cake for my son’s 6 birthday - it was a rainbow sponge with blue icing and Pokémon figures. The order process was so easy and I was contacted by the team for personalisation shortly after my order. It was delivered when requested in perfect condition.
The cake got so many compliments for how beautiful it looked and how incredible it tasted. Would 100% recommend and would use again!

I cannot recommend enough. I had initially enquired through their website for a personalised cake and then messaged on what’s app. They are very fast at responding, providing a quote and overall the cake was amazing! As promised, the cake was delivered the next day and I was very impressed. Incredibly reasonable on prices too.

Really impressed with my purchase. I ordered a lilo and stitch cake for my daughters 7th Birthday. It was dispatched on time and arrived the day I asked for. The cake was well packaged and looked just like the pictures. The cake it self was delicious. I picked chocolate sponge with chocolate butter cream. It was spot on. My daughter loved her cake! Amazing cakes and delivery
I was a bit dubious of ordering a cake and it coming from Manchester when I live on the isle of wight. But when the cake comes it was well packaged and the cake was amazing. Would definitely recommend.
