Excellent service, used twice. First cake topper from their range, the second a customised topper. Prompt, efficient and professional service. Would highly recommend. Our grandson was overwhelmed to see himself and Paddington Bear on his birthday cake!

I ordered an edible cake topper and a birthday card. They came the very next day, which was amazing. I asked in the 'notes' section on the order if The Caker could change the wording on the card, thinking it probably wouldn't be possible. When I received the goods, the wording HAD been changed to what I wanted it to say. The goods came in a well protected envelope and there were instructions about how to deal with the topper. Very good experience and I will definitely use The Caker again.

The caker was recommended to me by a friend who uses this company a lot however upon ordering for my granddaughters birthday cake 1x topper and 1x ribbon i received 2 ribbons and no cake top and upon complaining was told I am incredibly angry and that the mistake was my fault even though the confirmation clearly shows the topper and ribbon on my order. Usually i would expect the company to accept their mistake and swap the order out for the correct one but no such offer has been made and my granddaughters birthday ruined hence this review

I ordered a cake topper. The quality of the topper was very impressive. Although there was a problem with Royal Mail due to recent strikes at the time of deliveries, Caroline went out of her way to ensure I received my order & constantly emailed me to keep me up to date.

I have used the Caker for many years now. I tend to message her a few weeks before my darling daughters birthday to ask if she can do a certain cake topper for my daughter. This year it was JLS and Caroline was, as usual, more than obliging! She goes that extra mile to fulfil wishes and deserves way more than 5 stars. Her toppers are always excellent, delivery speed exceptional and customer service is second to none!
