Saw the calm charm in an advertisement on Instagram. Read the story of Lisa and her struggle with anxiety and how she had this idea the produce a product to help you through a panic attack. My sister is suffering very badly at the moment and I thought this might help.
From ordering to receiving was only a few days. The charms on the key ring were beautifully presented in a gift box. Very pleased with them and my sister loved them.I can recommend this company to anyone thinking of purchasing anything from them.

Bought the keyring as a gift for my daughter who is extremely busy and gets tense at times, I am hoping it will help her to feel relaxed and peaceful.
It is very pretty and quite unusual.

I wear my calm charm all the time! Even sleep with it on! Sometimes when I feel myself getting anxious I just feel the charms and knowing it there calms me! Beautifully made by a lovely lady who CARES! her messages always ask how your doing that day and she even talks to you about the grounding technique giving tips like don’t just name the object describe it! She’s lovely and you can tell it’s more than a business to her!
