I bought this ad I suffer from anxiety anx panic attacks I carry it with me daily, it is beautifully made, and most definitely helps me remember the 54321 as I was always. Delivery was fast as well

What a simple fabulous idea! I ordered a bracelet and a key ring with the charms of my choice to help me with my grounding exercise. Sometimes it’s hard to get out of an anxiety attack but having something to hold and focus on is amazing. The order arrived quickly with lovely packaging and I’m thrilled with these purchases. Absolutely love my beautiful keyring! It was so nice to be able to choose from a range of different symbols so that the keyring is truly personal to me. The website is easy to use and delivery is made with care, I received my keyring beautifully packaged earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. This has helped so much with my anxiety and being able to ground myself with something physical to hold. I would recommend to anyone who suffers with anxiety or regulating your emotions. May have to get myself a bracelet next!!
