The order due to arrive on the 19 January never arrived. Emailed requesting tracking. No details provided. No assistance offered. I have read others reviews and expect it will not arrive. Do not trust calming co!!

If I could give no stars I would ,2 months , still no topper, numerous emails asking for a refund with reply’s saying it’s been shipped can’t refund , I think this website is a scam !! Says it’s an Australian company I don’t think so , don’t buy from here there’s honest retailers that won’t take your money and run . I’m guessing it be terrible quality if it does arrive .

No product 3 months after ordering express shipment. A friend and I both purchased the same products at the same time and have had exactly the same experience. The email replies are pathetic - have blamed sales period so increased sales and delay with the delivery company. The have now stopped replying to me. Complete scam of a company. Do not buy from them.

After ordering an item a couple of weeks went by and I hadn’t heard a thing. So I started to email them to ask about progress etc. got a reply back after a few days saying it was in despatch.
I’m now three months down the line and guess what - still waiting
So I’ve raised a chargeback from my credit card and received a credit back.
I’m now getting emails to say it’s in transit

Do not recommend. Ordered a cooling blanket from this company. 2 months later the tracking still only says « Parcel’s information received », in China. Asking for a refund but they claim it is not possible as the parcel was already sent but clearly it hasn’t even left their warehouse.

Not received order placed in December. Keep being fobbed off with generic emails. Reported to bank as fraud.

Ordered mattress topper, never received the mattress. Ordered in November 11th, now it's January 12th, given the run around, with all the excuses, never buy from this site people.....scam

Purchased a mattress topper - when i emailed weeks later to see where my order was, i was sent generic emails, false tracking number and general fluff - with responses sometimes coming at 2:45am, which seems strange for an Australian company.
I know my order won't be coming and my money is gone. Total scam - from a very normal looking website!!!!!

I'm fairly sure there are a string of these websites, also selling bedding and i wonder if it is the same group of people.

Do not order from this company!

This company is a complete scam artist. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You will not recieved your order and they will not answer you emails. Complete Scam.

Absolute scam, do not use this company. As others have advised, they will not send your product, they will not refund you and then you press them they go around in circles with no response of any usefulness. They are also deceptive and send you a fake tracking number if you press them for a refund e.g.: I got sent tracking details that showed shipping started before I even placed my order. When I pressed them on this they blamed the tracking company. I will be amazed if actually ever get my product at this point and have reported to ACCC.

As others have written here, this is clearly a scam; I have written many times since my original order on 2/12/25 & they continue to deflect and ignore. Most recently asked for cancel & refund as per ACCC consume law, they ignored this as well.

would not recommend buying anything from this company i’m now in the process of reporting fraud to my credit card company

Placed order 11 October 2025 today's date is 07 January 2026 still have not received item , contact customer services around 12 times from asking when will I receive item to can I get my money back etc customer service is about as much use as a chocolate teapot MY ADVICE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Scam! Ordered $500 worth of toppers.
Order never arrived. It showed as partially delivered in shopify.
When I contacted they were quick to reply saying order was on its way.
Never received order or any updates. When I checked they again thanked me for my patience but no updates as to where it was etc.
When I asked for a refund that said they would see if they could refund or if too late. No surprises suddenly the order was dispatched and it was too late to refund but no tracking details again.
Please don’t buy from this company

Has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with , ordered a mattress topper on the 13th of October 2025 , still nothing , get a generic email from there pathetic customer service saying it’s on its way , no tracking details , total scam avoid at all costs

I ordered a mattress topper in October and I have never received it!. I have emailed the company twice and used the message on their website. I get the same response saying they are very busy but I will get my item soon. I have asked my bank for a chargeback as I realise I will never get this item. I advise people to never use this company as they are a bunch of crooks.

I have still not received an order that was placed in October 25 they are refusing to give me a refund 😕

This business is a scam. Do not purchase from here. I ordered 2 products on October 30th and still have not received them, it is now January.

The customer service does not provide me with details of why it is taking so long. They just repeat that the order is in process. They refuse to cancel and refund the order.

This is a completely dishonest and fraudulent scam. Do yourself a favour and do not purchase from these incompetent thieves

Giving it one star as won't let me give zero. Order Doona blanket on 29th October, chased twice with lame excuses and still no product plus dismissal of refund. Given tracking information that is fake.
Can't help feeling I've been scammed and never likely to receive my product.
