FRAUDS . My daughter had major surgery booked I ordered in advance they assured like their website stated that it would be within 10 days. As wanted her to be comfortable after being released from hospital. It has been 7 weeks
I requested refund after 4 weeks as still hadn’t even left warehouse in CHINA
Still no money back will report to ACCC

Placed my order over 2 weeks ago, contacted the company as i hadnt recieved status update. Only to be told they couldnt confirm estimated delivery date, i should be patient as it is busy time of year!.
Will never purchase from this company again. Still have not recieved product after 3 weeks!.

Placed an order beginning of October it’s now November tracking hasn’t moved and they are refusing to give me a refund and now ignoring my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
It’s now over a month and they are still refusing to give me my money back saying it’s already been shipped. Yet teaching doesn’t update from the 22nd October. Don’t waste your time or money. Relevant authorities have been contacted in their state!!

Avoid this company at all costs, complete scammers.what you see on the advertisement is not what you receive

I ordered the same product from Amazon and I thought they had sent me the wrong order. Dreadful quality and bears absolutely no resemblance to the photos. I have since read reviews on the same product bought on the Australian website and no-one is happy. Basically, what i received was the same as everyone else. At least i am able to return it to Amazon and get my money back.

Shocking website and a scam!!! I’ve been waiting over a month for my order. Been fighting with them in emails. There website says they are based in Sydney but it’s all lies!! My tracking has just confirmed my order is coming from China and they refuse to answer my questions on why there website states they are located in Sydney yet why is it coming from China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I had a message from the company asking if I was enjoying my new order. Tha was confusing as I had not received my order. I had to message the company to find out where my order was. Once my message was received, my item did not take long to be delivered. There was not a lot of emails to keep me up to date with what was happening. A confirmation email and that was about it. I gave a 4 star rating because the bed topper fitted and worked perfectly. No more aching back.

Terrible experience took forever to arrive requested a refund since it hasn't been shipped no over a month until you receive the product and what??? the quality is so bad. 30 days money back lol they what a joke buy the time you see the product you would want to return it! go to Temu at $10 you would get the item quicker and better quality and a $117 price you pay on this site! absolute rubbish the product and customer service!

My orders have arrived and I love them all. The Doona is just pure indulgence, so warm and comfortable. I got a cover, ordered purple but received red, which ultimately is not a problem. The bathmat is a good size and looks good. Wonderful after sales staff BTW. My only moan is it delivery took a little longer than expected and I had to chase a couple of times. However just for the Doona itself, it's fantastic all round.

It took over 6 weeks to receive the goods - it would appear that they really operate out of China.
The goods are overpriced (found one of the items on Kogan for a lot less). One of the other items is clearly not as described on their website. It is just simply not worth the stress dealing with The Calming Co 😂 to get a refund. Sent them an email and have not heard back in over a week. What really annoys me is that they are selling overpriced and questionable products to people who are obviously seeking stress relief.

Ordered my items last night and had them today. Definitely a 5 star experience

Amzing company to do business with, good updates and the cover is sooo warm, I love it so much that I ordered a 2nd one that I am awaiting delivery.
I am elderly and skinny so feel the cold but now I sleep floating on a cloud of comfort and warmth.

If I could give zero stars I would. 3 weeks on from ordering and the tracking information says it's not even ready for sending, never mind on the way. Took 3 attempts to contact them about it to cancel the order and have a refund before I had a reply, which wasn't helpful. I'm putting into the hands of my bank now. Shame I didn't check here before ordering, because it looks like I'm not alone with this rubbish Company.

Just received my Sherpa Doona and I absolutely love it.I ripped my old Doona off immediately and put my Sherpa on straight away love it. Thank you.

Terrible experience with this company, had to go through my bank to get a refund. They made things hard, asking me for the order number they issued and was included in the email they sent me. Cost me $28 to return the piece of junk they sent and this was not included in the refund. Terrible experience stay away fro them. I think they but through Temu and then resell it to the customer.m

The site is a scam - AI generated response emails and no product to be seen.
The page is littered with fake 5 star reviews.
Ordered weeks ago - no item in site!!!

Avoid this bunch of scammers at all costs!

They said they were based in Sydney so I thought it would get to Melbourne quickly. It’s been over three weeks since buying it and the site still says “order is confirmed, we’ll let you know when it’s ready”. So not even close to shipping it. I bought this to treat the bursitis in my hip and now I’m still in pain and out around $200.

Would not recommend.
