Ordered on the 17th of july and didn't receive my order until 3 weeks later, When emailing the company they replied 8 days later saying they were in the middle of moving offices and they were unsure of where my order was. If your struggling on fulfilling orders on time then maybe they should of shut off online orders until they were capable again, When my order finally arrived i was missing 9 items! And they had the audacity to offer me 10% off my next order, Like i was ever going to order again! The candy works suprise mix i also ordered didnt contain ANY of the sweets they said you'd get, I received a bag of out of date chewing gum and a few lollipops. AVIOD at all costs if you dont want to be disappointed.

Really good service, I ordered from their website after seeing them on TikTok, as I went to put my address in I got the house number wrong, I emailed them, and witching 15 mins they responded unlike any other sweet places on TikTok, emails went back and forth, they then said that they would contact me when my parcel goes back to them to sort out my address, they have been so helpful and lovely over email, and I would definitely buy from here again and recommend to a friend.

Ordered these after seeing them on tiktok. Didn't get all the sweets I asked for and the bag wasn't anywhere near as full as it looks on photos/videos of other orders. Massively overpriced and kinda disappointing as it was a birthday gift.

Sweets weren't anything special, you get more than others, awful customer service, payed for next day delivery and came 5 days later. Will not be shopping here again

In my opinion this companys customer service is terrible.
We had orded a bag of sweets gor our 11yr old grand daughters birthday. Once the bag was ope, wrapped sweets within it haBBE dates some 3 months prior. When I brought this up with the seller they eventuaslly repled saying they would not contaminite the un wrapped sweets.
I said I wasnt happy with that as we`re dealing with out of date con& asked for a refund or exchange. The seller wasnt prepared to do this - only offer a 10% discount on a future purchase!
As if we would be buying any more!
We will never deal with this Company again - a terrible experience

Sweets are okay but overpriced for what they are and half the sweets are crap. Never stocked on what you order.

Useless company, fake tracking link, parcel never came and terrible customer service. Do not use!!!

I never received my order; bear in mind I didn't order close to the holidays or anything, my order was placed on the 21st of November, and it's now the 25th of DECEMBER. they have taken my money and keep sending my order through a company that I have no idea how is still in business as they can not deliver this package. I'm sure the products are good, but their effort to resolve issues is absolutely horrific. I asked for a refund and they've just stopped answering my emails.

Sweets are nice but dispatch and delivery is a complete disgrace. Ordered 10 days ago and just received an email saying my parcel is delayed even further. No communication from the company.

Stay away.

The item has been delivered late, the person at the company has been rude and uncooperative. The weight purchased on the website is not true. I would discourage people from using this website massively. Very disappointed!
