I absolutely love the backpack, the quality is fab - tough, durable and stylish without being fussy. Delivery took about 11 working days in total but was made aware that it could take up to 3 weeks to ship at time of ordering. Really pleased with the product and have already received some great comments about it.

Canvas Bag is a shambles, while the website seems to indicate that it is a company based in the Netherlands, it's product seems to be shipped from China. Shipping times and responsiveness are absolute garbage, it took 2 weeks from ordering to get any updates on my order and then it was just the tracking data saying that the package had been catalogued not even shipped.
I am attempting to get a refund for my product and have the shipping canceled but their customer service team just constantly leads me in circles not getting to the point I want to get to.
Never order their products, I don't even care about the product quality when the experience is so terrible.

Absolutely brilliant! I'm very fussy but this bag is just perfect for any trip or long weekend away. Small enough to be 'handy' but big enough for a spare pair of shoes, trousers, T shirts, socks and ipad/chargers etc etc. My new favourite!

I got a black everest backpack and I absolutely love it. The design looks great, is really functional and the materials are really high-quality too. I had some trouble tracking my order so I reached out to costumer support and Mike got back to me really quickly. It took a bit to arrive due to the pandemic's disruptions to global supply chains, but it was totally worth the wait.
Overall I am super happy with the bag.

The bag is super nice and tough. For me it looks of very good quality, and have high precision of making.
It took 9 weeks for my delivery.
Friends have already asked where I procured it. ;-)

I ordered a rose red canvas dumpling bag because of the vibrant pink colour displayed on the website. When it arrived the colour was a drab heather purple colour, completely different from that shown on the website. I asked to change the bag for a different colour. I was asked to send a photo, which I did. I was then told I could return the bag for a refund, and that the difference in colour was due to the studio lighting. As the cost of postage was quite high, I decided to keep the bag. Do not be misled by the colours as shown on the website. A shame because the bag is well made.

The bag lived up to the promise of high quality and great design. Was facing shipment delay, but the Customer service was so prompt in their action that one follow-up mail and the issue was sorted.

Due to a mistaken shipment my first experience with The Canvas Bag was quite frustrating. On the contrary, after a very effective and friendly customer service, my expectations were fulfilled when I've got the authentic product in hands. Excellent material, great design. Eager for a weekend out!

The bag is sturdy, well made, spacious and looks good. What’s not to like?
Delivery took a while but customer support was excellent, friendly and effective. From the info sent with the bag this seems like an initiative by a group of young folk. I wish them well.

I received my canvas bag yesterday. It took more time than announced, but the feedback I had from Mike was immediate, very friendly and efficient.
The bag is really very nice.

We are very pleased with our order. The delivery time was within the expectation and the qualility and look of the bag is great. We will be purshasing another model, probably the Motorcycle, soon.
