This bag is deceptively spacious and very adaptable. I ordered it because I wanted something that was more comfortable to carry than my current bag - it ticks all of the boxes for me. Delivery took longer than i hoped for due to the Pandemic but the Customer Service I received was fantastic. I am an impatient person who doesn't normally do online shopping, but I genuinely cannot fault anything with the service. I will definitely be ordering from The Canvas Bag again.

Well, it’s been a month since I ordered and paid for this bag, no tracking number or sign of the bag yet. Hopefully it will arrive one day and be as good as the other buyers write :-)

Everest backpack...

Well made. Rugged. Spacious. Comfortable shoulder straps. I really like the rolltop closure of the main pocket, something you don’t see on many rucksacks making for a more individual look.

Very impressed by the quick responses to my questions leading up to delivery.

Took 3 weeks to arrive so do be patient - it’s worth the wait.

Very happy with the bag, the quality is there, for a very good price! You just have to be patient for the delivery, it takes a month to be delivered. And the customer service is also perfect !

The Crossbuddy bag arrived yesterday and I love it. It is sturdy, well made and very stylish and is exactly as advertised. When I ordered, the confirmation said it could take a while to arrive, however you are able to track the delivery. It arrived after only 10 days which I think is great. All in all very positive experience.

I had a little trouble getting my order. No big deal. I originally ordered 2 bags, 1 for my wife and 1 for me. You know fair is fair when you buy something for yourself you have to buy one for your spouse. When I received the order, there was only one bag.
I contacted Mike in customer service, explained to him what was going on. He said he would look into the order. He kept in touch through e-mail each step of the way. I remained patient to see how this would work out. This went on, back and forth between us for almost a month. I finally got an e-mail from Mike saying they had taken care of it and sent me the other bag.
When this order arrived, it was my original order 1 grey and 1 army green...So now I have 3 in my possession. To be honest I contacted Mike again and told him about the extra bag. He was gracious enough to let me keep it if I liked the product. WHAT, did I hear him correctly? That just doesn't happen nowadays. Mike did not only reconcile my order, he kept in touch all the way through
the process and was very pleasant to work with.
This bag is made of exceptional quality, very thick and rugged. It will take years for it to wear out unless of course you fly a lot because you know how the airports treat your personal belongings. The bag has extra pockets inside of different sizes so you can put your various size items in any one of them.You have the option to carry the bag or is comes with an over the shoulder strap you can hook on.
My biggest comment is the way Mike handled the situation. I will definitely do business again with The Canvas Bag because I am one happy customer. Thank you Mike for everything and the rest of your production team. I am one happy camper.

Second time second good surprise. First time was the Everest backpack in black and I wanted a travel bag not too big with stylish. Found it with the Aldrin travel bag, got it in army green canvas and its vintage leather. Si happy with it.

Like others have experienced my bag took a while to arrive. I love it, its sturdy, good quality, a good size and looks casually stylish. Mike must never sleep 😀

Ordered the forest green canvas backpack, exactly as described, good quality, exactly what I wanted.

The delivery was slow and frustrating, but it's a good reminder that there are a lot of issues still going on in the world!!

Mike was excellent with his communication and I'm sure he was as frustrated with the transportation as I was.

All's well that ends well.

It took forever to get here - 11 weeks! Stuck in France for some reason due to the pandemic but eventually it came and looks great! I ordered from Netherland, but the customs demanded tax since it came from China. I desperately payed to guarantee its arrival and the Canvas Bag made a refund for the extra fre really fast. So a very happy ending thanks to very serviceminded Mike!

After 30 day delay and Australia Post claiming that the parcel with the bag had been scanned but had not physically moved in the delivery network, well wouldn't you know it but out of the blue the parcel arrives. Satisfied with the product, looks good and the quality of build and materials is good. Overall more than happy even after an excruciating wait with no updates that were informative. To the ever polite Mike: please use a carrier like DHL or UPS.

I bought my bag January 4th, and on 2nd February still no news...made contact. Had some nice apologies and 2 days later the bag was here in Lisbon! Started wrong ended happily! The bag is really nice by the way!

Lovely bag as in the picture which drew my attention in the first place.
But more importantly it is a seller you can trust. Due to Covid postal mayhem the bag arrived, returned, and was lost. But Mike rectified the situation by providing a second bag free of charge.

I ordered The Daya Backpack for my girlfriend the other day, received it as agreed and was really pleasantly surprised by the product. Not only has it very gentle and meticulous design but all the materials used are just proper: appropriately soft, tender and inviting to touch. Very poetic piece of work. Thank you. Marcel, Slovakia.
