Excellent quality, amazing appearance

I fell in love with the Daya patchwork backpack immediately when I saw the online advertisement. The product arrived yesterday. This bag is beautiful! High quality material, amazing design and well made. It is just absolutely adorable!
Also a huge thank you to Mike for the kind, accurate, supportive customer service. He always answered within 2-3 hours. The fastest and highest level customer service support I have experienced ever!

Disappointing.

Disappointing.
Be aware that this bag is significantly smaller than what it looks like on the website...The woman in the promotional shots must be 10 yrs old.

It fits a yoga block and not much else.

Otherwise it's is a handsome design and well made...it just looks oddly out of proportion on anyone over 5ft tall ( like myself )

As for the sizes and pictures in the description: the man in the picture (Josh) is 1.85 meters /6 ft and the woman in the picture is 29 years old and 1.78 meters high.

So not a child any more ;-).

I fell in love with this bag…

I fell in love with this bag immediately and saw all the advertising that came to me on social media, I bought it without asking myself much, indeed, yes, I made sure it was shipped from Europe because I needed a fast shipping, since I had to do a birthday present. Now, I can't say that the shipment went smoothly but only because of an unclear communication. In fact the bag was shipped from Honk kong and not from Amsterdam as Mike said. I had no problem if it came from China, I just wanted to know. In fact, it took the right amount of time for a package to arrive from China.
But, leaving aside the inconvenience of the expedition and the somewhat ambiguous communication that I invite you to improve,

let's talk about the bag: the bag is beautiful! it certainly looks smaller than the images on the site, but the measurements given are right. The materials and seams are of great quality. I would like one for each color and ... yes, I would buy again here ...

now let's talk about Mike ... I don't know who is behind this name ... but it is certainly thanks to him and his patient responses that I am not angry about the communication shortcomings and the anxiety generated by the ambiguous communication. ..

in short, excellent product, arrived within the promised time

As for the origin of the shipment; Mike is right and so are you ;-). We keep stock in several places so we can always chose what's the fastest way to get to our customers. In this case your bag could just as well have arrived from Amsterdam ;-), but apparently our logistic partner decided otherwise. We're glad it arrived in good order.

A perfect canvas bag!

After seeing ads for the Canvas Bag online, I thought: yes, why not? I love bags so can't say I baulked at the idea of adding to my extensive collection. I've used it in the past 48 hours and it's terrific. Good size. Light yet very, very strong and durable, well finished, good quality furnishings to the bag (zips, clasps, inserts etc.). Highly recommended PLUS great customer service (5/5)from Mike. Definitely recommend this product.

Covid has made delivery times spin out

Covid has made delivery times spin out, but when my Canvas Bag finally arrived I was thrilled with the quality of the product. It's a great size and comfortable to wear close to the body.
Mike was unfailingly patient and helpful in dealing with my enquiries about delivery; they were an really good company to deal with.

Disappointing

My partner bought two bags which arrived today. Nice quality but so much smaller than we expected which makes it feel expensive for the size. Probably won’t have the level of use out of them we’d anticipated.

Worthwhile the wait

Took a while to arrive but after looking at the parcel tracking info, it turns out that the problem was with Australian Post who are struggling to keep up with demand. The bag was a gift for a 60 year old and she loved it. After some adjustments, she takes it everywhere. She carries her phone, (and sometimes iPad), purse, sunglasses, reading glasses and hair brush. The bag safely fits over her neck and shoulders close to her body which means she has the option to carry other stuff without the hassle. No need for a handbag. She is happy and so am I.

The product is really really nice and…

The product is really really nice and fully what you would expect, when looking at the website.
What could be much better is information on how long time it may or may not take before it can be delivered.
I actually began to suspect it was a fraud, as I was told to patient - for more than a month.
It finally arrived, and I realize the long delay may not even be The Canvas Bag company to blame.
So I sent my apologies! :-)
