My holiday gift...
Sturdy and lovely. It's not very roomy but compact enough to hold more than what I expected. Throughout the trip, I could put so many things like my wallet, two pairs of glasses, power bank, cosmetic bag, camera, light cardigan bag and a water bottle.
Not sure of the purpose of the button. Just wondering the bag can have more room if the button can be open up.
Overall, I love it.

Terrible! Liars!
After 11 days (!!!) I asked them to give me an update on my order as there was no movement and they suddenly informed that - "I am so sorry, but we are unable to proceed with this order, it's costing way too much to ship it to Cyprus" Only after 11 days and only after my request!!! and no refund received yet! so basically the note "free delivery worldwide" is a lie!

Horrible nightmare..
Horrible nightmare... same issue with Robert Jerome bidochon but worse. Bag damaged and merchant unwilling to do exchange. I can prove damage with photos. Be forewarned. This site will not allow me to post photos. Anyone interested I can send you photos. First, Trustpilot already has the necessary documentation and photos. Second, stop lying and make it seem like I damaged the bag. Explain to everyone that you folded the bag and squeezed it into a 3 inch by 3 inch plastic bag. Lastly, you never answered my question in the email. Are you able to deliver the bag in the same condition as seen on the website otherwise it is pointless to do an exchange. If you are unable to deliver in the same condition, you should be upfront to the customers otherwise you waste our time money and effort. It has been going for 4 months now since I made the purchase last August... I need the shipping address to send the bag back...

It took almost 4 weeks to get the bag but I was well informed when orderingthat it might take some time due to covid. But omg... Worth waiting for, I tell you. What a brilliant design. It just sits there and looks so good. I am thrilled. My only problem now is to keep my 26 year old daughter away... Or ordering a new one for her.🤔😆
