Buy all my cards from here now since prices went up so much at Card Factory. Good value, cards come wrapped up like a parcel with a free card included and a voucher towards next purchase, which are all nice touches. Would be nice to have a bit more choice but this is a minor grumble

It is great to be able to order cards…my way
It is great to be able to order cards on line because my mobility is not great and I can pick my own so not having to rely on other people to choose for me. They are reasonably priced as well and good quality.

Looking at your order I can see that your order was shipped on Wednesday 30th April 2025, using your chosen service, 2nd class.
You contacted us on Saturday 3rd May asking when your order will arrive.
We advised that your order was not yet over due at that time, as only 2 working days had passed since shipping and that 2nd class usually takes 3 to 5 working days to arrive. We provided you with a date by which your order should have arrived by, and advised you to contact us if your order had not arrived by then.
As at the time you left this review, your order is still not over due as only 4 working days have passed.
We always advise customers to use a tracked service if they need their order by a specific date.
