My mums was cancelled just because she asked where her cards would be delivered as she was waiting ages

Thank you for your review.

Your order was cancelled as the person who had placed the order contacted us and was very confused about when their order had been placed, giving dates several weeks apart, and they refused to provide an order number, instead providing telephone numbers.

We tried to assist the customer but without confirmation of an order number to ensure we have the right order, we cannot answer enquiries.

After sometime we managed to locate the order given the limited information provided. But since the customer had not replied to several requests for their order number. It was decided that any and all orders placed on this customers account that had not yet been shipped would be cancelled and refunded, this included yours.

We do have very clear information about our current dispatch status on our delivery and basket pages, and we also provide customers with an estimated delivery date during checkout.

We're sorry that on this occasion you were not happy with our service, but we can only do so much if a customer refuses to provide the requested information.

You opted for 2nd class delivery, which is an economy delivery service that Royal Mail deliver every other day and not at weekends, and is typically delivered in 3 to 5 working days but can take up to 14 working days.

Your order is not yet overdue for delivery.

We do provide very clear information about our delivery times, and current dispatch status on our basket and delivery pages. We did also provide you with an estimated delivery date during checkout.

We have been very busy since the New Year with many cards selling out quickly. We do have several stock deliveries each week, so most cards are restocked within a week.

There is a back-in-stock notification email that you can sign up to, that is shown on a product page when it is out of stock.

We're pleased to here you are happy with the cards you did purchase.
