Misrepresentation of loan limit
I saw on their website that they loaned on category c and cars for up to gbp100k. I applied and they came back and rejected my loan as they do not loan on category c and d above 20k. Their website misrepresented this loan limit which wasted both my and the loan application teams time.

Great delight
First, I will like to commend the hard work of a gentle man - Matt Jones. It was a great experience and Matt kept updating me throughout the whole process. This gave me an absolute peace of mind. Fantastic service
With being of a poor credit rating , your company stopped at nothing to find a lender that would loan me the amount of money I required to finance a car .
Your employee by the name of James worked tirelessly to ensure everything went through smoothly albeit there were a couple of hiccups along the way but with his professionalism he ensured things were dealt with in a professional manor .
