The staff are friendly, no pressure whilst we looked around and when we decided to buy the process was quick and simple. Reached out to let me know there was a minor issue spotted during their final checks before pickup, which they resolved the next day.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
Update to the below email. They called me today and although was rather angry and aggressive did offer to help and ask me to take my review down. When not done immediately they have emailed me to threaten legal action unless I take it down. I guess by there below reply they are not going to help after all, so I’ll see you in legal.
Don’t know where to begin quite frankly. Purchased this car via distance from an auto trader advert. Paid £10,500 in July cash for a BMW X5. Told me the car had gone through a pre inspection and would be delivered late due to needing two new front tyres and wheel alignment / tracking done. Car dropped off later than planned but looked all good. First time on the motorway the steering wheel was shuddering like mad. Guy dropping it off couldn’t have missed it that’s for sure! The two ‘new tyres’ weren’t new but worn second tyres. Informed me I must go into an approved garage of their choice to resolve and they would refund the price which they did. The approved garage I would never take it to did a rubbish job which resulted in wearing the tyres at front to the thread and I had to spend £400 on two new tyres and tracking and alignment done properly! The paintwork on the back panel also had been resprayed and indented which you could hardly notice to the naked eye initially. Said they would check with the previous owner never got to the me.
In December (within 6 months of warranty) the car wouldn’t start from a cold start. I have had various mobile mechanics look at it, fuel dumped , new battery etc all to excess of £800 and nobody could find anything wrong with it as no codes showing on the computer what so ever. I have had to have it towed after weeks to a garage to find this is because they have sold me a remapped modified car not declared at time of sale. The remapping is hiding lots of things including the EGR valve, it now needs remapped back for £200 and god only knows what it’s going to find. I am almost certain this has been done to hide faults with the car. They are ignoring my emails and as a business owner myself , I would have been straight on to discuss a very serious matter, especially if I had nothing to hide as a business. Not engaging is guilty as charged. Not to mention I have been driving round with invalid insurance for months! If they did not know, there pre inspections are not very thorough!
I am almost certain they will assume because it’s out of 6 months it doesn’t matter and I won’t have the time or patience to take it further but they are very very wrong. Motor ombudsmen , small claims court and trading standards will all be followed as I am not writing off £10,500 over my dead body.
The issue did start within 6 months however due to the car not showing any error messages we did not believe it was any thing mechanical and thought it must be a battery or bad fuel because the remapping is hiding the errors which we were not aware of and I did not want to bother them with someone that would not be their fault. By the time these were exhausted it was just outside of the 6 months.
Please if you are going to buy a car take it straight to a garage and have it checked within 7 days!
I think by the way they respond it speaks for the professionalism.
