Fraud

After ordering a case from the case company website and paying 300 Rs bcz the COD was very high , i got the email and sms confirmation but after that , neither i was able to view my order nor have a got any update even after emailing them on multiple mails and the phone number given on their website is also fake , it doesn't have any whatsapp account and shows doesn't exist upon calling .
I had commented on their posts on insta but they have deleted my comments .

They don't even ship the order and they don't even respond to the emails that i have sent regarding the order its been more than 10 days and the order didn't even delivered yet and it's a prepaid order 😒 so lost my money too don't buy from this website

Most faltu site.its not trusted.they are the cheaters.once you paid if you are lucky they will send u the same thing or else they will not refund.On the other hand their customer care mail id and phone number does not work.Now u can understand.

Worst experience.Fraud company

Worst experience.. Order the product in prepaid to avoid extra charges on 13th july. Dont delivered the product or refund. No response to mail or phonecall.. Never buy anything from this fraud company. ( I lost 399 rupees )

Fraud mobile cover company

Lost my 399 bucks while shopping the case company! Have to made a prepaid order just to avoid huge cod charge, but after two weeks my order is neither shipped nor they respond. If you comment about their negetive activity on the Instagram page, they will delete your comment but never reply back to you.

worst experience. paid 1600 as Cod was not available, but never got the product delivered. tried to contact customer support but the phone number doesn’t work, they see instagram texts but doesn’t reply. keep on deleting comments.

Order Never Delivered – No Support, No Accountability

I placed an order for a custom phone cover on May 17. It’s been over a month, and the product was never delivered. I sent several emails and even DMed them on Instagram. I did get one reply saying they’d check and update me—but that was it. No follow-up. Now the tracking shows the item is in RTO transit. This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Please be cautious before ordering from this website.

Disappointing Service – Refund Not Issued Even After a Month


I had a very disappointing experience with The Case Company. I ordered three cases, and they informed me that one of them — the frosted glass case — was unavailable. They assured me that I would receive a refund of ₹304.7 for the unavailable item, and they shipped the remaining two.

However, it’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received the refund. I’ve followed up multiple times through Instagram DMs and emails, but they have completely ignored my messages — even though the messages are clearly seen.

This kind of customer service is unacceptable. It’s extremely unprofessional for a company to ignore repeated follow-ups and fail to process a promised refund. I expected better. I hope they address this issue seriously and improve their post-sale support.

Unreliable website with no means of contacting them

Ordered a phone case and paid as there is no COD. Received an order confirmation but nothing thereafter. Tried calling and exchanged messages with the chatbot but there was no resolution. The email given is incorrect as the mail bounced. Wish I had seen these reviews earlier.
After putting a negative review of the company here, suddenly things jumped into motion and within two days, my order arrived! Don't know what their deal is really but it's unreliable for sure.

Received phone case with different…

Received phone case with different model . Not even able to return. They're saying that it's customised and can't be replaced. The models given in the product are very confusing as some are oneplus nord ce3 5g and some are oneplus nord ce3 5g lite and some doesn't have lite mentioned. My friend liked her case but I had wrost experience 😭...

Fraud website. Scam company!!

This so called company is nothing but fraud. Have ordered a phonecase from this website as a gift but never received neither the product nor delivery updates.

Pls don’t buy anything from this fraudulent website. This is scam. Utter Waste of money!!
