A few days in to using the Neakasa M1 and so far I would highly recommend.

Ordered from Catlab who were very speedy on delivery.

Seem expensive at first but after not scooping multiple times a day, it feels money very well spent!

Before buying I had never heard of theCatlab, however they had the Neakasa M1 cheaper than Amazon. I had bought a round automatic litter tray which unfortunately, none of my cats used. I had always wanted to get the Neakasa M1 but didn't due to the price which is why I tried a cheaper option, which in the end cost me more! My cats have never used closed litter trays, only open, so this ultimately was a must for me. I took the plunge and ordered, it arrived 2 days later and has been a god send, having 5 cats I have worked the weight out and know who is going in, so far 4 out of 5 have used it which is a massive win for me! I still have manual ones for the one that doesn't use it but they all opt to use the Neakasa M1, they love it and aren't scared of it rotating to clean itself. It has saved time scooping, I'm not using bags every day for waste and I have peace of mind know my cats have clean litter each time they use it, after all if you're at work you can't be there to scoop and I should imagine it is stressful for them to use used litter trays (no matter how many you have!)

I was a bit dubious at first as I had never heard of this company before and they were lots cheaper than anyone else. I took the plunge and ordered and my automatic litter tray arrived within 2 days ! Brand new in an original sealed box so it was the genuine litter tray. Works perfectly and has been a godsend. I wish I had bought one sooner. Im going to save up and buy a second from them soon. I would definitely recommend this company .

It's a relief cleaning up after each poo and wee. The design is well thought, unlike the Robot my cat used to spray into electric wires, but this one is closed ears and belly. Yet to clean the bowl. Does leave tiny poos, which I have to shovel out. My cat had a problem getting in because of her weight. No step included with box. Every expensive bought separately. I love the way I can clean it without looking at poo manually with App. App needs abit of attention was stuck on notifications like your bin is not available, after a change of litter bags. On the whole my cats love the half open top . It took 2 years to get into the closed Robot but this is open and they don't feel trapped. Thank you Neakasa. I love you.

I’m absolutely over the moon with my Neakasa. I took careful consideration when choosing my next electronic litter tray. I’ve had a litter robot for about 8 years. It stopped working because the a small wiring component rusted 3 years in. Got it fixed but it’s never been the same so this time I made sure I considered others before purchasing another.
If you’re reading this in same thought process as I was TRUST ME the Neakasa is on another level. It’s so quiet and the open top is great for my two Maine coons. I think one of the best upgrades is how clean it looks, the material is perfect. So much easier to clean. The inside of the litter robot looks pretty disgusting sometimes, this won’t happen in the Neakasa. The material that the litter sits in on the Neakasa is superior to the other by far.

I still have to set the WiFi up on it but I have no doubt it’ll be easy enough. Set up the system initially was really easy and of course my cats were used to the movement etc
I love everything about it and I’ve just bought a second for my daughter. It’s an amazing product!!

Great price and quick delivery.

My cats enjoy using their new litter box and makes my life a lot easier by not having to use the scoop ever again. There is no lingering smells as the try empties automatically after the cats have done their business. The service from the Catalab was Brilliant, I would definitely use them again. I have already bought two from them.

Ive had it for a week and up to now its an Excellent litter tray, my cats absolutely love using it. I have 2 other different makes of little tray but this one is definitely the best.

The life changing Automatic Cat Litter Box! This has made my life so much easier! I no longer have to scoop poop, would absolutely recommend, also it uses clumping litter which is great, so I didn't have to change the litter I was using already. The only thing I would say is, it's a shame that the waste piles up in one spot in the litter bin, but just give it a little shake and it will be fine. I've had the litter box for about 2 months now!

Excellent service from start to finish and product brilliant

Fast delivery. Arrived safely. Cats took to using it fairly quickly. Some small design niggles but on the whole pretty happy with the Neakasa M1.

Next day delivery of my auto cat litter box. £200 cheaper than on Amazon! Would definitely use The Catlab again.
