Generally a good product. My cat tends to urinate towards the front of it and often the clump where she has urinated will stick to the front and not empty when it goes to clean so I just need to periodically wipe the clump onto the litter and press the ‘clean’ button. I don’t have to do this all the time though. I like that it’s open because I know she is safe and it automatically stops if she pokes her head in or near it. Annoyingly my bathroom is very small so I don’t have room for the mat that is to catch loose litter but that’s not a fault of the company or machine. I just Hoover up the litter. It does not smell and I’ve had wondered how thwts possible, but i noticed a fresh smell coming from the machine when I took the full bag of waste out. So there must be technology that removes any odour. Would recommend overall

Very happy withe the service from Catlab, the communication was good and the price was best on the market. However their delivery courier is awful. They managed to lose 2 (1 from Amazon and 1 from Catlab) but Catlab were very quick to send a replacement.

Sent an e-mail asking about delivery timescales, instant reply to confirm next day delivery, placed the order and goods arrived next day, can't recommend enough.

Really happy with my purchase. The neakasa litterbox works really well. It's very convenient and saves so much time daily not having to manually scoop. I had a few questions and the catlab team were very quick to respond to emails. A good experience all round

Serious the best investment I have ever done. The self cleaning cat litter Neakasa M1 is a wonder for people with more than 3 cats.
It is just life changing.

I have recently purchased one of the electric litter trays for my 4 cats after having a litter robot for 4 years. This has been an absolute game changer in our home! The litter box has brilliant features such as weighing each individual cat so I know which has had used it, how long for and at what times during the day. This has also helped me understand their sleep routine as I can see when it is not being used through longer periods of the day/night. The new litter tray has stayed clean after every use and has proven to use a lot less litter when emptying into the waste box. Also closing over when the waste box is full ensuring that it gets emptied promptly so can be in working order again ready for when my cats need to use it next. The mat that came with the litter tray has been brilliant for the amount of tracking I had previously with my last litter tray and ensures that everywhere is kept clean. My little girl is 8 month old and zooming around in her walker and I now have a lot less worry about her standing on stones on the floor. This litter tray is practically odourless. As soon as my cats waste is dispensed into the waste draw, the odours disappear and as I have 4 cats using it between 15-30 times per day this has made me very pleased. I would definitely recommend this litter tray to anyone who has multiple cats and I hoping it proves effective for a long time to come. Thankyou - Hayley Capper.

It was a quick delivery only given it 5 stars as only received it today my new kitten is used to it but still need my other cat to use it so have left it switched off for now will update My review at a later date

We were looking for an automatic litterbox for a while and after much research decided to go with the neakasa. Quick delivery and super easy to set up. The app is easy to use even for those who aren't tech savvy like myself. No smell even after a week and our cat was comfortable with the open top design straight away. Delighted with the product and would definitely recommend.

Excellent product and service. We had some issues with the type of litter sand initially but they helped to resolve the issue quickly. Our cat took to it immediately! Love the convenience of not having to scoop multiple times in a day anymore!
